My Neck, My Back, Mi Pum Pum Sweat Fast
he new hot gyal outfits you ordered last week finally came in! Of course you try them on and you are looking good! Body snatched, freshly waxed, and hair done... Girl yuh ready to hit the streets! But before we are ready to throw it back in the club or step to the neighborhood cookout, let's prevent ourselves from one of the biggest insecurities that women face with their bodies: T T SWEAT STAINS. Y’all know what I’m talking about! Your cootie cat and booty crack need some extra love during the summertime. We all know the saying “thick thighs save lives”. If we’re being fully transparent, the thick girls know the truth… Juicy thighs stick together when we walk and sit, get stuck in the chair, trap heat, and leave a condensation streak for the world to see.Now tell me whose life that’s saving… Nonetheless, nobody wants to be embarrassed with darkened lines in the creases where our clothes meet our skin. That heat ain’t nothing to play with! Especially when you put on a cute fit with light gray biker shorts. As a fellow thique madam, I picked up some hacks that can help out our community:
Opt for Sweat-Wicking undies. Cotton is the most

breathable material for that area, but it retains moisture for an uncomfortably long time. This is why you notice your pants are kinda wet, even though you didn’t pee on yourself. Brands like Parade, Alo Yoga, SavagexFenty, SKIMS, and hanky panky have undergarments with good moisture control.
Groom LESS. Hair down there acts as a barrier between your pum pum, sweat glands, and the material you’re wearing. While most of us don’t want to deal with it, it's necessary to help with the sweat. I’m not saying to grow a wolf monkey but just trim it down instead of going for a full sugar wax.
Anti-Chafing and Sensitive Area Deodorants.
Don’t forget that friction can also add to the sweat. Investing in a good private part antiperspirant like Lume or an anti-chafing stick like BodyGlide can help reduce sweat tremendously.
Stay Away from Powders. You’ve probably seen your mom, aunty, or granny throw some baby powder or talc powder in their panties to keep it dry. Its common practice when you get a wax too! But this doesn’t mean you should trap the powder in your panties all day. If it makes it way into your vagina you are putting yourself in danger of ovarian cancer and bacterial infections
Be Aware of Your Body. First of all, it is natural to sweat. And you’re a hot gyal so of course it's gonna get a lil moist in the intimate area. Second, your period can cause extra moisture down there. Third, avoid spicy food and alcohol as much as you can.
Relax. The human body sweats more in stressful situations. And if you battle anxiety or even get super nervous, you WILL sweat. Try yoga or various breathing techniques if you tend to be on edge quite often.
See A Doctor. If you feel like you’ve tried everything and the sweat is so uncontrollable, you may have hyperhidrosis. There are prescription medications you can qualify for that may help out.
