A surprise birthday celebration was held for 90-year-old Roberta S. Phillips of Baltimore on Sept. 21. The event, which was held at the Forum Caterers, was planned by her daughter, Dr. Odessa D. Dorkins. Numerous close family members and friends attended the affair, which had a roaring ‘20s theme.
