Praying for Praying for Africa’s Leaders, AE South Africa and Lausanne
01 Pray for effective ministry for the Foxfire Team in schools, churches and the community in Malawi.
02 Pray for AE’s International Missions Director, Emmanuel Kwizera, as he and his family mourn the loss of his brother-in-law in Rwanda, as well as for Emmanuel’s PhD studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago.
03 Pray for the finances of African Enterprise that God would provide and sustain the ministry with huge opportunities ahead that requires significant resources.
04 Pray for spiritual breakthrough among the Muslim majority in the countries of North Africa so that many come to know Jesus, sometimes even through dreams.
05 Pray for biblical leadership development and quality theological training in Tanzania.
06 Pray for a breakthrough concerning the violent crime and fear in South Africa, which just had elections that resulted in the African National Congress political party losing its national majority for the first time since 1994.
07 "The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.” – Proverbs 4:18
08 Pray that God would heal the land of South Africa from the sins of apartheid, along with the hearts of the country’s citizens.
09 Pray that the Church in South Africa would be a prophetic voice for the nation.
10 Pray for Brian Mugwidi and the AE Zimbabwe Team as they prepare for the mission to Harare in September.
11 Pray for the South African government to address the underlying causes of the ongoing conflict to stabilize the economy.
12 Pray for righteous leaders in the governments in African countries and in all spheres of society and for corruption to be rooted out.
13 Pray for a new wave of the Holy Spirit to sweep across the African continent.
14 " To the man who pleases Him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness.” – Ecclesiastes 2:26
15 Pray for the family of the late Augustine Ndombe, a Board member of AE Congo who died in the last month. Pray for God's comfort and healing.
16 Pray that leaders and politicians in African countries will rule with godly wisdom and righteousness.
17 Pray that the Lord would raise righteous and just leaders in the West African governments of Ghana, Togo and Burkina Faso.
18 Pray for reconciliation between tribal groups in South Sudan.
19 Pray that God would equip all of AE’s Teams with the finances and resources to fulfil AE’s mandate of evangelism.
20 Pray for secret Christian minority who suffer great persecution and martyrdom to be protected and strengthened.
21 “Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you. He will never let the righteous fall.” – Psalm 55:22.
22 Pray for the AE leaders involved in the 50th Anniversary Congress of the Lausanne Movement for World Evangelization in September in Seoul, South Korea.
23 Pray for the Lord's leading and guidance for the planning committee for the Lausanne Congress.
24 Pray against hindrances that would prevent essential participants from attending the Lausanne Congress.
25 Pray for every participant in the Lausanne Congress to be to be spiritually connected to God and be able to hear His voice.
26 Pray that God would raise up more workers to reach the millions who have not heard the Gospel across Africa.
27 Pray that God would grow African economies and provide jobs for the unemployed.

29 Pray for encouragement and improved health for John Kalenzi, AE’s Rwanda Team Leader, and for him to be able to hire a skilled secretary to assist him.
30 Pray for Stephen Mbogo, AE’s International Team Leader, for vision, stamina and encouragement as he leads AE’s global partnership.
31 Pray for the AE South Africa Board to make wise decisions regarding ministry focus, leadership and making the best use of the conference center in Pietermaritzburg.
