A Brief History: Our Story In 1960, Carl J. Gordon founded a promotional products distribution company specializing in branded academic and corporate goods. In 1996, a full-fledged family business was born as Carl’s son Matthew joined the management team, and Matthew’s wife, Diane, signed on to the advisory board. Matthew and Diane, both school teachers themselves, were well attuned to the needs of educators. Under Matthew’s leadership, and with Diane’s helpful advice, the business improved its focus and clarified its goals. From there GraduationSource’s refined purpose, to help recognize and celebrate big achievements in peoples lives, took center stage. In 2018, over 20 years later, GraduationSource is still a family business. That family, however, has grown considerably. With dozens of employees at our Greenwich, CT headquarters and a state of the art distribution hub in Fort Worth, Texas, we are one of the top five businesses within the graduation industry. We’ve manufactured, distributed and sold our distinct brand of quality goods to 50,000+ schools, 1.5+ million students, and hundreds of partners worldwide.

In the event a product is found to be defective, we will quickly and efficiently process the return and exchange for the item (or items) in question for up to thirty days from the date of delivery. When your graduation is coming up, you can’t wait for days on end for a reply. Sometimes even waiting more than 24 hours for a response is downright stressful and not OK! Here at GraduationSource “You Can Always Get in Touch.” Our final, but not least of our brand promises, is to respond to every inquiry you shoot our way in 24 hours or less. Trust us; it’s usually much much less.
Delivery Guarantee Graduation is a momentous occasion. It cannot be easily moved or rescheduled. Delivering to you by the date you need it is key to our relationship, and more importantly to the success of your ceremony. If for any reason your schedule cannot be met you will be notified with more than enough time to make other arrangements. We will go out of our way to send you products to ensure you graduation ceremony goes off without a hitch. An Educator & Entrepreneur Founded on Values Though the company’s founding was back in 1960, GraduationSource didn’t really get its start until Mathew Gordon joined the team in 1996. An educator, leader, and entrepreneur, he transformed a small family business into a market leader. Using his background in education, he helped create an environment of constant personal and professional growth. Over the years he built a team of amazing individuals who embody the same core values he believes in so firmly.
