We will refer you to the appropriate vendors to help coordinate your equipment rental, dĂŠcor and event needs. We work with A-Classic or Violet Vintage for all tables, chairs, linens, napkins, china, etc., and these equipment costs are not reflected in the venue rental rates above.

PACKAGE OPTIONS Our host bar package offers pre-determined products for a specific time frame for any party of 75 or more guests. Purchasing packages allows you to maintain a budgeted amount of money. The package price is assessed to each ofage guest in attendance and includes (regulated) unlimited beverages and is applied regardless if they are non-drinkers. Certain restrictions apply.

Organize up to one hour of rehearsal if held at Traders Point Creamery Develop & distribute wedding day timeline to bridal party and family members to ensure everyone is aware of timing and responsibilities
WEDDING DAY • • •

Up to 12 hours of service on event day Manage wedding vendors per client’s instructions Day-Of-Coordinator will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions Manage wedding party Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony & receptions sites Organize & distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests Facilitate the wedding ceremony Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony

Traders Point Creamery is an organic, 100% grassfed dairy farm and artisan creamery in Zionsville, Indiana. From our early days creating a farm on our grandparents’ land, we have grown to include a farmstead restaurant, dairy bar, farm tours, and exclusive event spaces. This is a place for celebrating our connections to the land, good food, and one another.
