401(k) Meeting Recap Cost of Living Adjustment and Updated 401(k) Contributions Limits for 2025 - Increases to $23,500 for those under 50.

IRA Contributions stayed at $7,000 for those under 50 years of age.

Gifting Limits increased to $19,000 per donee.

Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) currently start at age 73 and equate to a withdrawal of a little under 4% of the 12/31 retirement account balance.
