La rentrée, c ’est cette période où l’on reprend le chemin de l’école ou du travail après la trêve estivale, en ressentant souvent un mélange d’appréhension et d’excitation De retour à Ahmedabad après quelques semaines en France, c ’est pour moi l’excitation qui l’emporte largement, tant les semaines et les mois qui viennent s ’annoncent riches en nouveautés et en événements, ici, à l’Alliance Française

Cela commence par nos salles de classe, qui sont à présent toutes équipées d’écrans numériques dernier cri. Cette avancée technologique qui ne manquera pas de rendre vos cours de français encore plus dynamiques et interactifs a été rendue possible grâce au soutien de Total Energies Nous tenons à les remercier très chaleureusement pour leur générosité et nous saluons leur engagement dans le domaine de l’éducation

C’est aussi le début de notre nouvelle saison culturelle, marqué par une explosion de talent et de couleurs avec l’artiste muraliste français Super Bab qui prendra possession d’un mur iconique du prestigieux amphithéâtre Natarani, dans le cadre de la troisième édition du festival de Wall Art organisé par le réseau Alliance Française à travers toute l’Inde.

Dear Friends of Alliance Française d’Ahmedabad,

« C’est la rentrée ! » That is how a vast majority of French people refer to the month of September "La rentrée" is that time of the year when we head back to school or to work after the summer break, often feeling a combination of apprehension and excitement. Back to Ahmedabad after a few weeks in France, it is excitement that prevails for me when I think about all that is lined up at Alliance Française in the coming weeks and months

It begins with our classrooms, which are now all equipped with state-of-the-art digital screens. This technological upgrade, which will undoubtedly make your French classes even more dynamic and interactive, was made possible with the support of Total Energies We would like to warmly thank them for their generosity and we salute their commitment to education.

It is also the beginning of our new cultural season, which will start with an eruption of talent and colours when French muralist Super Bab takes up an iconic wall of the prestigious Natarani amphitheatre, as part of the third edition of the Wall Art Festival organized by the Alliance Française network all over India.

And that is just the beginning of an autumn filled with surprises at Alliance Française!

WALL ART FESTIVAL WITH SUPER BAB

As part of the third edition of the Wall Art Festival organized by the Alliance Française network all over India, Super Bab is all set to channel his creativity into crafting fresh artworks at the esteemed Natarani Amphitheatre.

Born in 1993, Super Bab began his artistic journey by creating his first graffiti piece at the age of 13. Over the subsequent years, he refined his graffiti skills and explored various artistic mediums, including painting, drawing with pencils, using watercolours, engraving, and working with ceramics. During his academic years at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, Super Bab honed his academic abilities, perfected his pencil techniques, and nurtured a unique artistic world. Drawing inspiration from traditional art forms, his creations assume an abstract quality, heavily influenced by the iconic surreal works of artists like Miró and Picasso. This distinctiveness is further enriched by elements rooted in raw and tribal artistic expressions.
