The client is someone who loves order, minimalism, and a clean feel. with the busyness of work the client wants an area to relax and a comfortable atmosphere of the room. a warm tone is chosen for the client to give the impression of comfort, white dominates the room to create the clean impression desired by the client.

This two-storey house is designed to accommodate four residents. The concept of this house is tailored to the client's request. The client is a lecturer who has a husband and two sons. The client likes the classic concept but doesn't want a lot of carving. To support the client's wishes, this house is designed with a modern style combined with Victorian. The purpose of this styling is to provide a classic style that suits the client's wishes, but also gives a simple and clean impression. Bold colors on walls and furniture that use more white. The furniture used is also simple, elegant, and clean.

outdoor area is used for dining area. outdoor area using a glass roof that can protect the area from rain conditions. there are three bedrooms for the occupants of the house, there is also a prayer room, and a library on the 2nd floor. the home owner and his two children like to read so that their library is also used as a family gathering area.

Kleinfeld is a famous bridal store in America. founded in 1941 by Hedda Kleinfeld and Jack Schacter.
Kleinfeld began to gain popularity since appearing on the variety show "Say Yes to the Dress" on Chanel TLC.
The design concept of "Elegant and luxury yet simple" represents the brand image built by Kleinfeld. the dominance of white as the identity of the bride and groom. black color gives the impression of elegance, luxury, and simple. The Klenfeld logo is black. Warm tones were used in the flooring materials to provide a comfortable visual for Kleinfeld's clients.

Korean restaurant is a specialty fine dining restaurant. One of the famous Korean restaurants in Indonesia is Mujiage. Mujigae in Korean means rainbow. Many mujigae interiors adapt the contemporary style by using warm color schemes.

The theme of the restaurant design used is "authentic Korean in the modern era". combining traditional Korean wisdom and contemporary style that has been implemented by mujigae. The design concept that acculturates between Korean and contemporary culture gives a deeper impression for the Mujigae restaurant. the hanok house is the inspiration for the design of the restaurant. The predominant warm colors used in mujigae interiors match the impression of hanok houses and buildings today in Korea.

As Public Works Department staff whose job is to create infrastructure so that a productive work environment is needed. PU service staff are also always required to always have inspiration so that the work environment must be able to support this so that users feel comfortable and reduce staff stress.
The concept of "Comfort and Efficient" is closely related to the goal of creating green buildings. Comfort means creating comfort for space users. Efficiency is an important element in many activities or jobs. With the creation of comfort and work efficiency, work productivity is achieved.

Using plywood material which is finished with HPL as a table and table legs using hollow iron material.
