IPAF’s E-Learning training provides a flexible and enhanced online learning experience for mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) Operators. It can be completed on various devices anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.
This course is designed to instruct supervisors and managers on how to prepare for and safely co-ordinate various types of MEWPs within their control.
Delegates will learn how to inspect, use and maintain a harness when using a MEWP. Delegates will need to bring their own harness and lanyard for the course for demonstration purposes.
Designed to enable operators to manoeuvre, drive and position the Push Around Vertical (PAV) safely and proficiently.
The course is aimed at training IPAF Operators who work in higher risk or challenging environments, e.g steelwork, work in confined overhead spaces, work on challenging terrain. PAL+ training is open to Operators who hold an existing PAL Card qualification in the relevant category.
This course is intended to provide guidance for platform engineers on compliance with regulatory requirements and to offer documented evidence that individuals can be regarded as competent persons to plan, manage or carry out thorough examinations.
