Potential for Relocation Eligibility
American Family Housing (Developer) is acquiring the Travelodge Hotel, located at 1400 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 (Project Site or Site) utilizing public funds.
This is a public notice to any person(s) who occupied the Site for more than a 28-day period in 2023 or 2024. You may be eligible for relocation benefits and assistance in accordance with the Federal Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 as amended, 49 CFR Part 24 as updated in the Final Rule effective June 3, 2024, and the California Relocation Assistance Law, Government Code Section 7260, et seq. (Law), the Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Guidelines adopted by theDepartmentofHousingand Community DevelopmentasinTitle25,CaliforniaCodeofRegulations Section 6000, et seq. (Guidelines). We encourage respondents to reach out as soon as possible.
If you were a long-term occupant of the site and considered it your primary place of residency in 2023 or 2024, please contact the relocation specialist below to determine your eligibility status. This public notice will be made available for 90 days and expire on March 10, 2025.
