No outside food or drink (water bottles allowed, chilled water bottle filler on site). Exhibitor will provide their own tent/table/chairs. No staking. No electric available. Spaces will be assigned and exhibitors sent a map of their location two weeks prior to event. If the event is canceled on September 28 due to weather, event will be held Tuesday, October 5th. If vendor cannot make the rain date, no refunds will be given. Chamber volunteers and garden staff can help you locate your spot, but will not have the ability to help everyone unload and set up. No motorized vehicles are allowed in the garden and parking isn’t close, please plan how to transport anything for your booth accordingly. After unloading, vehicles must be moved to the back side of the parking lot closest to Mackenzie in order to allow the guests to fill the closer spots. The garden will be open to the public for regular business that day, so please be cognizant of guests when carrying items for your booth in and out.
