We asked our newest board member to answer a few questions so we can get to know her better.

Cindy Tiefenbrunn Cindy’s Photo

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF I am a full time professional photographer and have worked full time in the field of photography for over 41 years. I photograph many types of images although I do not do weddings. Corporate and Real Estate Photography has become some of my favorite sessions. I am a Certified Master Photographer and a Certified Master Artist as recognized by the Professional Photographers of America. I have been married to Dan for 37 years and have 2 wonderful adult sons.

FAVORITE HOBBIES/PASTIMES Gardening has become quite a hobby for me. I love to grow garden vegetables with tomatoes being my favorite. I will start almost all of my vegetable plants from seed in my house during the winter and plant them in the ground when the weather allows. I love the challenge this presents.

FAVORITE TRAVEL DESTINATION I love to travel to Houston Texas as this is were my sons live. The best part of visiting with them is not only the time we spend together but the great meals that my sons and I prepare together. My sons are great cooks.

WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO BE ON THE BOARD I was asked a number of times and when the time was right for me I agreed. I feel that it was my time to give back. There have been so many great people on the board before me giving so much of their time for all of us. Now it is my time to do it for others.

WHAT IS A GOAL YOU’D LIKE TO HELP THE CHAMBER ACCOMPLISH I would love to see our chamber grow it's membership as this will be beneficial to all the members and the community.
