The Ultimate Integrated Electrical Utility Raceway.

AES Omni™ Electrical Utility Raceway integrates up to six power and data receptacles into the vertical posts of the AES modular cleanroom system.

Cleaner Installation – The AES OMNI is simply the cleanest approach to electrical utility access in the industry. Shipped with wiring completely integrated into the verticalwall posts, with terminations above the AES walkable ceiling.

Lower Installation Cost, Faster Construction –Pre-manufactured wiring within AES composite wall posts substantially reduces the cost and time to provide electrical utility integration.

How & where you need it – Select your optimal data, power, circuiting, and optimal outlet heights (including near ceiling to eliminate low cords).

Applications – The AES OMNI can provide up to twelve power (125/208/250V, 20, 30A) and data connections (Ethernet).

Quantities shown are based upon 4” x 1-1/2” junction box fill capacity as outlined in NFPA 70.

n Side by side UL-listed enclosed multi-outlet raceway.

n Dust-tight stainless steel gasketed cover plates.

n Separate code compliant channels for up to 300V power or low voltage wiring & devices.

LED Driver Access:

I. First channel: (2) 125V 5-20R (circuit 1)+ (1) 250V L6-30R (circuit 2). Second channel: (1) CAT 6 Ethernet, 4 drops.

II. First channel: (1) 125V 5-20R (circuit 1)+ (1) 125V 5-20R (circuit 2) + (1) 250V L6-30R (circuit 3). Second channel: (1) CAT 6 Ethernet, 2 drops +: (1) CAT 6 Ethernet, 2 drops.

III. First channel: (1) 125V 5-20R (circuit1) + (1) 125V 5-20R (circuit 2). Second channel: (1) 125V 5-20R (circuit3) + (1) 125V 5-20R (circuit4).

Quantities shown are based on 60% of 3/4” EMT fill per NFPA 70. Quantities shown dependent on ethernet cabling, shielding, conductor sizing, & cable manufacturer parameters.

NEMA configurations shown are based on compatibility with stainless steel dust tight covers only. Additional configurations available. Consult factory for all available options.
