will be taking over upon our return to Madison in the Spring. These members have already shown such dedication throughout meetings to transition the board and we know our chapter is in the best hands! The end of the first semester is always difficult as we say goodbye to Juniors studying abroad! PC ‘19 has done an incredible job keeping up spirits and helping bring our inperson events back to life! To those of you leaving us for next semester, have the most amazing experience and safe travels!

WINTER FORMAL
GUYS WEEKEND SAFE AT HOME
Friday: Hockey Game The PhouseBadger has been adapting to UW's Covid procedures so girls living in can have the best and most safe experience possible!
Saturday: Badger game viewing party at Wando's
Sunday: Gotham Bagel brunch at the Phouse
Thank you to Parents Chair, Sammy Leib (PC'19), for organizing such a memorable weekend!!
PC '20 worked incredibly hard to welcome PC '21 into Sigma! After weeks of Phi dates where members were able to meet different people, bigs put three different baskets together full of their little's favorite goodies that were picked up during the week leading up to reveal! The first set of baskets was Wisconsin-themed where bigs passed down game day apparel and all things Bucky to get their little excited for Badger games! The next basket was full of AEPhi swag so new members could sport AEPhi gear on "Wear 'em Wednesdays" and easily spot other members while walking to class to say hi!
Finally, on the last day of Big-Little week, PC '21 was gifted baskets personalized with all of their favorites! Additionally, each basket was complete with a costume to wear to reveal where they would finally figure out their bigs!
Sigma is extremely proud of our Big-Little program and we value the connections it fosters between pledge classes. PC '21 will not only have their bigs to support them, but also all of the amazing members they met on phi dates leading up to the week!
On the last night of Big-Little Week, PC '21 came to the house dressed in costumes to find out their bigs in PC' 20! Big-Little pairs and trios enjoyed spending time together and taking pictures in their matching costumes!
INITIATION
We are so proud of PC '21 for completing their New Member Education sessions! PC '21 met at the house Mondays and Wednesdays with new member educators Jamie Musoff (Pc '19) and Sam Weitz (PC '19) to complete bonding activities and learn AEPhi traditions. The new pledge class grew closer through bonding activities, friendly competitions and team-building tasks. Sigma values our close-knit chapter and Jamie and Sam did a wonderful job helping PC '21 come together.
New members spent a lot of time bonding with PC '20 on Phi Dates leading up to the big-little process. PC '21 also got to know PC' 18 and PC '19 by doing an apartment crawl. PC '21 celebrated their completion of the New Member program through their official initiation as members. We held our traditional initiation ceremony followed by a luncheon hosted by Mendel and Henya Matusof at the Chabad House! We cannot wait to continue getting to know these wonderful members will go far in Sigma!!

Myra Ave Jewelry Fundraiser
Sigma was lucky to have Brittany Connors, CEO and founder of Myra Ave, fly in for a two-day Jewelry trunk show to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. This event raised a total of $567!
Sisterhood Turnstyle Class
This month, we hosted a spin class at TurnStyle exclusively for AEPhi! All members who attended were also given a credit to attend another class for free!

I'm Mara Winner and I am serving as the Hospitality Chair for the Executive Board for the UW Dance Marathon, working closely with our Team Captain and the Executive Board to put on a great event for our participants and raise money for an important cause. Dance Marathon is in its inaugural year at UW-Madison and we are looking to make an impact on our community and raise money for children’s health. Our chapter is raising money for Children’s Wisconsin in Milwaukee to provide funding for treatments and support for families of children fighting their battle with cancer. I am honored to serve on the Executive Board for this organization and urge you to consider donating to our cause to help out the Madison community” -Mara Winner (PC '19)
Julia Hoffberger, AEPHI Team Captain
"Hi! I’m Julia Hoffberger and I am a sophomore taking on the role of team captain for Aephi’s Dance Marathon team. I have participated in Dance Marathon since I was a freshman in high school and I am proud to say that one year, my high school team raised over $100,000. I am so excited that Dance Marathon is finally coming to UW Madison and cannot wait for everyone to experience this special event. As a team, we are fundraising for the kids of the Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee and will be dancing for them on March 5th, 2022. I am very passionate about this event because as a team we can make a difference for the kids!" -Julia Hoffberger (PC '20)

I started @artby.cms during the Spring of 2020 when I was sent home for what ended up being an elongated spring break due to COVID-19. During this spring, I had a lot of free time and spent most of it doodling on my iPad and posting my creations on Instagram. Since then, I have been lucky enough to be noticed by influencers and celebrities and have my artwork featured on @doyourrumble’s Instagram and website, and have my own line of wall prints on Dormify! I am grateful that I was able to turn a hobby into a part-time job and I am so

WINTER FORMAL 2021 We had the best time celebrating the end of an incredible semester at our first formal in almost two years!! A huge thank you to Social Chairs Becca Klion (PC '19) and Juliette Cohen (PC '19) for working so hard on our social calendar all year!
