In 2005, the United States designated January 27th to annually recognize the atrocities that occurred during the Holocaust. This day Is focused on both Nazism and honoring the victims of the Holocaust and aims to educate the global community about this horrific historical event.
As a chapter, we acknowledge the Inequalities Black people have faced In the state of Wisconsin, the United States and around the world. We will continue to educate ourselves on Black history, Black resistance and Black resilience.

We stand against gun violence. University campuses must be a safe space for all students. Our hearts continue to yearn for the victims, their families, and all communities that have been affected by any type of gun violence recently, or In the past. This must end.

Rachel Nossen Rachel is an active member of PC 21'. For the Spring and Summer term, she will be working as a V&V Engineering co-op for GE HealthCare.
Brynne Schattner Brynne is an active member of PC 21' and for the spring semester she is Interning at Senator Agard's office in the capital. She works with constituents, attend staff and senator causes, and gets to learn how a senate office works!
Fiona Sternbach Fiona is an active member of PC 22' and she got a nursing internship at UW Meriter Hospital. She Is working her way up to become a nurse In the near future!

Sharsheret is one of AEPhi’s national philanthropies, AEPhi was proud to add Sharsheret as an official philanthropy in 2008. At Sigma chapter, we host a “pink week” every semester, During pink week, we host a variety of events, including cookie sales, fitness classes and restaurant deals to benefit Sharsheret.

ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT
Sarah Plotkin PC '17 AEPhi Sigma chapter recognizes Sarah Plotkin (PC '17) for this month's alumni spotlight. Originally from Marlboro, New Jersey, Sarah graduated in 2021 with a degree in marketing and management from the UW- Madison Business School. She now thrives as a Merchandising Assistant at Macy's. During her time as an active member of AEPhi, she served as Apparel chair where she oversaw all apparel for social, and philanthropic events. Sarah knew AEPhi was the perfect home for her during rush because of the welcoming feeling she felt when entering the house round after round. She expressed how comfortable she felt talking with each member and how meaningful her

conversations were to her. Sarah's favorite memory was during her time living In the Phouse when they would come back after a long night and hang out In the kitchen with everyone late at night! Sarah's advice for the graduating seniors, "Fill up every moment with activities and laughs, because those memories will last forever." @sarahplotkin
