Slovenia, the heart and soul of beekeeping in Europe, home of the oldest musical instrument, the oldest grapevine and the oldest wooden wheel in the world, is the only country with the word ‘love’ in its name. Slovenia is also the first Green Country in the World (Global Green Destinations Day 2016) and the 5th in the top 10 countries to visit in 2022 (Lonely Planet). Nestled along the mountain stream sits the hotel with the longest running tradition in Bohinj: Sunrose 7. Built in 1890, this independently-owned and operated boutique hideaway bore witness to the construction of Europe’s largest railway system; a lifeline connection between
Vienna and Venice which tunnels through the neighbouring mountainside. Now, more than a century later, you can still bask in the incredible views of this exquisite location. Exploring the nearby alpine meadows, you will find yourself surrounded by one of the oldest, and most beautiful, botanical gardens in the world. Pressing further on along the mountain ridge takes you to the heart of Triglav National Park with Triglav Mountain, Slovenia’s crowning jewel.
DAY 2: IKIGAI - RECONNECTING WITH THE WISDOM FROM OUR ANCESTORS Leading with love and purpose, creating trustbased relationships to ensure prosperity for all is embedded in the AEIOU Leadership code. We will explore this new structure and basis for leadership through philosophies of aroha, eb, ikigai, oikos and ubuntu. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of our ancestors we will learn how the new leadership code can allow us and our organisations to thrive.
SO NJ A K L O P Č I Č a n d M AT JA Ž T I Č O Z U PA N Č I Č The courage to take care of others is also a form of love. This is the moto of a wise man Tičo. He will share with us insights from his life and business journey. As the AEIOU leader, he is now active in his sixth career. We will explore the journey of a basketball coach and a champion in mathematics who always sought rebels, people who knew how to think for themselves. We will learn from his quest of introducing change in a large multinational company, as well as enabling and moderating the process of creatiing a Vision of Slovenia in 2050.

DAY 3: AROHA - LEAD WITH LOVE TO BECOME AN INSPIRING LEADER Today’s programme is an invitation to journey deep inside and learn to lead with love, taking your leadership capability to a whole new level. By tapping into the most powerful human force that exists, and by learning how to translate it into very practical leadership behaviours, we can guide and inspire our people and organisation to new heights.
J ONAT H AN C AVE a n d E L E F T HE R I A K A K A M B O U R A S We will be exploring the shift from fear and control dramas into the practice of love for one’s self and consequently others around us. Leading from love requires courage. Love, in most languages, is a noun. Yet we know it is a practice, an action word with so many different interpretations and meanings. In our time together we will practice deep listening with an open mind and heart, through vulnerable experience.
DAY 4: OIKOS - LEAD YOUR COMPANY AND ECOSYSTEM TO THRIVE SUSTAINABLY The essence of the holistic development of the companies and ecosystems lies in the search for and recognition of meaning and purpose. It originates in the awareness that we are all connected and mutually dependent. From this spring we can draw the energy, inspiration and motivation to create business models that serve humanity and life itself.

A business model draws a distinction between market gainers and losers. But no matter how good a business model is, it cannot last forever. Quick changes in the environment and breakthrough innovations can be fatal for companies which do not anticipate trends or recognise opportunities or potential danger. Due to the inability to create sustainable business models a lot of companies today find themselves in a cul-desac. Sometimes the adjustment of a business model will suffice, and sometimes an entirely new business model needs to be developed.

Today we know better. We understand that the base for the prosperous future are quality relationships. We know that our planet is unique and deserves our care to stay an ecozone of our galaxy. We know that when we collaborate we thrive. When we collectively dream, we create.
