PREMIER WALLS AND FENCING products are covered by a 10-year manufacturers faulty workmanship and/ or materials warranty to the original purchaser. Pedestrian and Driveway gates, including electric/solar components are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of installation. Aluminium Powder Coated Capping and Slats are covered by a 2 year warranty from date of installation.

OUR PRODUCT Our unique walls were designed out of necessity to produce a product that would stand the test of time in Australia’s harsh environment. Manufactured from engineered fibre cement with strategically placed control joints for maximum resistance to cracking caused by soil movement and impact damage. Designed to provide many years of service in areas that exhibit filled, soft and sandy soil that will not support the weight of a conventional block and render wall but, that’s not to say that a Premier Wall will not suit any site.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The texture coat colour applied to premier wall and fencing kit-sets must have a Light Reflective Value (LRV) greater than 40%. Refer to the texture coat manufacturer for the coating’s LRV. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage to the wall caused by natural ground movement, it is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain the suitability of the ground prior to installation.

HEBEL WALLS

What is Hebel?

Hebel is a strong, versatile, high performance building product made from Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). A Available in blocks and panels, Hebel is easy to handle, quick to build with, and offers more flexibility with height and style Hebel panels contain anti-corrosion steel reinforcement for added strength and are available in a range of lengths for applications including walls, floors and external cladding. Hebel walls whilst being more expensive than our modular style walls also have more flexibility with height and style, with Hebel we can go up to 2m in height where modular is limited to 1.8m and also have full height panels (no slat inserts) Hebel walls are constructed with concreted steel posts, optional concrete mow strip, rendered and painted Hebel sheets aesthetically very similar to a Besser block/ concrete block wall.
