This directory provides an opportunity to acknowledge and support the businesses of current families and alumni whose enterprise, service and commitment continue to enrich the life of Downlands.

This directory is a practical and meaningful expression of that spirit. Within these pages are businesses owned and operated by current families and alumni, people who remain part of the broader Downlands story. By supporting them, we strengthen the relationships that bind our community and affirm their continued contributions to our College and beyond.

Community has long been central to the identity of Downlands College. As a school founded in the tradition of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, we are guided by values that call us to act with kindness, compassion, understanding, humility, hospitality and good humour. Constitution #34 speaks powerfully of the spirit of family and true friendship that should characterise our life together. These values continue to shape the culture of our College and the relationships that connect students, families, staff, past students and friends of Downlands.

Parents and Friends Association The Parents and Friends Association (P&F) works in partnership with Downlands College to support the wellbeing, learning and opportunities for our students. Guided by our constitution, the P&F promotes the principles of Catholic education and supports the College through community connection, fundraising and volunteer involvement.

P&F supports whole-school initiatives, facilities, major projects and parent connection events.

Sports Supporters assists with sporting events, scoring and canteens.

Friends of the Performing Arts (FOPA) supports music, drama and dance through events, canteens and fundraising activities.

The P&F supports Downlands College through four focused areas, ensuring funds and volunteer support are directed where they are needed most. This structure allows us to strengthen specialised areas while supporting the broader school community.

Ag Supporters provides targeted support for agricultural programs and the Cattle Show Team.
