Listening To What You have To Say My name is Helen.

I work for Ideas Alliance.

I want to find out from people with learning disabilities  What matters to you in your life  What helps you to be OK in your life  Who you ask if you need help

I am doing this to help Bromley Local Authority and the CCG who run health services.

They are writing a plan for people with learning disabilities.

I want to meet young people and adults with learning disabilities.

I want to meet carers too.

I want everyone to tell me their stories.

I will tell the Council and the CCG health services what I find out and what you tell me.

This will help them to write a good plan for you in the future.

Inviting you to a meeting We want to invite you to a meeting.

The meeting will be on Tuesday 9th July 10 – 3.30pm at Community House.
