This thrilling culinary contest, divided into three tiers, involved over 15 schools from across the region. It all began at the school level, where students showcased their gastronomic prowess individually, vying for a coveted spot in the regional final. The competition wasn't just about cooking; it was a platform for young talent to shine, fostering dreams of becoming future chefs in the hospitality industry. Local industry legends like Phil Barca, Brett Dobson, Kristopher Bech Howley, and others had graced the event as judges, offering valuable feedback.

What are we voting for?

YES OR NO... A sample of the referendum ballot paper. Australians will vote on whether to alter the Constitution to recognise the First Peoples of Australia by establishing an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice by including a “Voice to Parliament”, an Indigenous committee to advise federal parliament on matters affecting the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people.

PRIME Minister Anthony Albanese has announced October 14 as the referendum date.

Australians will vote on whether to alter the Constitution to recognise the First Peoples of Australia by establishing an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice by including a "Voice to Parliament", an Indigenous committee to advise federal parliament on matters affecting the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people.

The Parliament of Australia has agreed to propose adding a new chapter, ‘Chapter IX-Recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples’ to the Constitution. The chapter would include a new section 129, which would be as follows:

129 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice

In recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia:

1. there shall be a body, to be called the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice;

2. the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice may make representations to the

Parliament and the Executive Government of the Commonwealth on matters relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples;

3. the Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws with respect to matters relating to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice, including its composition, functions, powers and procedures.

For the Voice to succeed, a majority of states need to in favour as well as the majority of Australians.

Postal voting for the upcoming Voice to Parliament referendum opened on September 11. Advice issued by the Australian Electoral Commission has revealed that postal voters will be given a full month to lodge their application and vote.

Applications for postal voting will remain open until 6pm on October 11. However, the commission has warned that only people who can't make it on October 14, or who cannot visit an early-voting centre in the two weeks prior, are eligible.

Talofa! Students connect to culture

What’s your favourite subject at school?

Ask any Year 7 or 9 student at Greater Shepparton Secondary College and you’ll often hear “Know Your Roots”.

The KYR program provides a way for community leaders and mentors to help students reconnect, learn and share in Pacific Island cultures. In recent years, the program has expanded to allow cultural engagement across all communities.

A mix of music, dance and creative expression of culture, KYR is as fun as it is informative. “It reminds me of home and growing up,” says Elaine (pictured left), who has spent half of her life in Samoa and half in Shepparton. Her Year 9 classmate Tara is also Samoanbut was born in Sydney. “For me, it’s about connecting with a culture that is part of me.”

Moses’ journey to our community was made four years ago, starting school at the Shepparton English Language Centre.

A native of Burundi in East Africa, the inclusive messaging of KYR means Moses has come to feel very much part of the rich diversity that makes up Shepparton.

The KYR program is delivered by local mentors from the Point of Difference Studio. Humanities Leader at GSSC, Cathy Falk, says its value now sees it delivered to all Year 7 students and offered as a Year 9 elective.

“It’s beautiful to see students come together to share their culture,” Cathy says. “They’re the experts and we learn so much by celebrating with them – it’s one of the things that makes our school so special.”

Watch out for danger ahead on our district roads

LOW visibility, raised and cracked in sections, potholes in others, faded road lines. The intersection at Union Rd on the GV Highway south of Kialla is often navigated at risk to motorists. Coming out of the turn-off to Toolamba you can glimpse the debris from the last prang scattered along the edge of the asphalt as you crane your neck to see the on-coming traffic inbound from Melbourne, lurking out of sight.

It’s a daily part of life driving along almost any Victorian road, navigating the potholes or being caught and diverted in the latest series of road works. Last October's floods have been the easy answer to explain the poor conditions motorists are forced to endure daily. But residents in and around the Goulburn Valley, know the conditions of the roads have been in a poor state of repair for a long time.

The State Government's flood recovery program was incorporated as part of the road maintenance program as well as the rehabilitation program, with $770 million allocated into this year’s budget, with an additional $2.8 billion over 10 years into

road maintenance and renewal works, including flood recovery. In the 2022-23 Federal Budget, the Australian Government has delivered on $2.57 billion of its election commitments for vital infrastructure projects across Victoria. With $330 million for important road infrastructure upgrades included.

“We’re close to finalising a program of works that will repair hundreds of kilometres of Victorian roads that were damaged as a direct result of last year’s unprecedented flooding and extreme rainfall, including the Goulburn Valley Highway,” said Department of Transport and Planning Acting Regional Director (Hume) Emma Bamford.

“Our crews will continue their regular inspections of the Goulburn Valley Highway, carrying out the necessary repair of road hazards.”

What does that mean for the residents and visitors to the Goulburn Valley who hit and swerve the potholes on the GV Highway leading into Kialla West? For the time being nothing. There are no immediate plans to begin work on this stretch of road, despite the ongoing road works around the

Shepparton would be hit hard by Health Tax

SHEPPARTON, along with other regional communities, may be left without access to vital health services if the Andrews Labor Government does not withdraw its plan to impose a Health Tax on General Practitioners (GPs), and allied health practitioners.

The Nationals Member for Shepparton District, Kim O’Keeffe, said the region is already suffering from diminished access to medical care, particularly bulk billing clinics, and that with these changes, the region would be far worse off.

“Labor’s Health Tax would mean that backdated payroll tax is levied on local GP clinics, resulting in tax bills of up to hundreds of thousands of dollars and placing the continued viability of some clinics in jeopardy,” said Ms O’Keeffe.

“The Victorian Liberals and Nationals

recently hosted around 30 GPs and representatives from peak medical bodies to hear firsthand the harmful impact of Labor’s Health Tax. This new tax will ultimately lead to higher out-of-pocket costs for patients, fewer bulk billing clinics and more demand on hospitals and emergency services.

“GPs play a crucial role in providing health care to our community and in easing pressure on Victoria’s hospitals and emergency health services. “Labor’s Health Tax will force local GP clinics to close, add considerably to outof-pocket medical costs and reduce access to bulk billing across our community,” said Ms O’Keeffe.

A petition to stop this tax is available to sign at: https://www.parliament.vic.gov.au/ view-signe-petitions/details/12/527.

A travesty for basin communities

FEDERAL member for Nicholls Sam Birrell says irrigators, basin communities and the regions productivity will be smashed by the Albanese Government’s failure to listen to warnings about using destructive buybacks to recover more water for the environment.

Water Minister Tanya Plibersek introduced the Water Amendment (Restoring Our Rivers) Bill 2023 on September 6.

“This bill confirms our worst fears, Labor is committed to completing the Murray Darling Basin Plan, including securing an additional 450 gigalitres and is prepared to use expensive and destructive water buybacks to do it,” Mr Birrell said.

“The legislation was introduced without an exposure draft, and briefings were only provided to irrigator and farming groups and Shadow Water Minister Senator Perin Davey at the last minute, yet the Minister boldly claimed lengthy consultation.”

If passed the Murray Darlin Basin Plan will be radically changed by:

• Removing the 1,500 GL cap on Commonwealth water purchases.

• Using water buybacks to recover an additional 450Gl from irrigators.

• “Transitional assistance” for communities impacted by water purchases which will be a pittance compared to the generational loss of agricultural production.

“Every remaining barrier put in place by the Coalition to protect regional communities, productive agriculture and value adding food processing will be removed by this legislation,” Mr Birrell said.

“What it proves is that the Albanese Government only cares about the water recovery number, not the harm it will cause achieving it.”

Minister Plibersek told Parliament that the environment and farmers are equal, and

Letters to the Editor

FORTHCOMING REFERENDUM

Dear Sir/Madam

THE recent admission that our Prime Minister has not read the Uluru Statement in full indicates that the forthcoming referendum is more about the political power and gain of a few, rather than the welfare of indigenous Australians.

It is dawning upon us all that the indigenous cause is being used to create an elite club of power brokers far away from the camps of the Northern Territory and elsewhere. A picture is emerging of preference and cosy arrangements with Government.

The unseemly rush of big business to curry favour

one isn’t prioritised over the other, but her legislation does nothing to protect productive agriculture and the industry and communities that rely on it. This blows up the Murray Darling Basin Plan and it will inflict untold harm on communities and push up the cost of healthy food for all Australians.”

Mr Birrell said while the former Coalition Government backed an agreement to only recover the additional 450Gl if there was no negative socio-economic impact on communities, that is scrapped under Labor’s plan.

“That section of the Water Act is replaced with a weak clause that the Water for the Environment Special Account ‘can include payments that address any detrimental social and economic impact on the wellbeing of any community’, in other words, communities will be damaged first and might be compensated later.”

This is tearing up a commitment agreed to by all Basin states in 2018 to protect communities from further social and economic harm. Delivering the water will also cause environmental degradation along our rivers. It is a travesty, and I will oppose the legislation.”

with the Government by giving millions of dollars of shareholders’ money to the Yes campaign suggests that the fix is in. What are the likes of Qantas, BHP and Big Sport receiving in return for this support? What deals have been done behind closed doors of which ordinary Australians are unaware?

There is a growing uneasiness that not only indigenous, but all Australians are being played here.

To vote on a ’vibe’ to change our Constitution appears reckless and irresponsible given so many unanswered questions about the intent and consequences of The Voice proposal. It is arrogant and insulting to all Australians to

say, “Just tick the box and we’ll sort out the details later”. Giving power to a few promotes corruption and division. As with all corruption, it is the weak and vulnerable who suffer – the very people this radical change is purporting to help.

Critical road safety hearing hits shepparton

SHEPPARTON will host a public hearing on September 13 to discuss vulnerable road users' safety. The Legislative Assembly Economy and Infrastructure Committee's meeting will include the Greater Shepparton City Council, Coolheads Young Driver Program, and other stakeholders.

Kim O'Keeffe, Nationals Member for Shepparton District said, "Our community has been rocked by horrific crashes; the impact is profound and long-lasting."

Addressing the concerns submitted by over 290 people, the hearing aims to ensure safety on rural roads, especially for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists.

Ms O'Keeffe added, "A public hearing means that vulnerable user groups and key stakeholders can share their input on ways we can make our roads safer."

The committee will report to Parliament in March 2024.

Detrimental water legislation will wreak havoc

continued from front page

CR SALI emphasised how water is the lifeblood of the community and the backbone of the local economy, supporting both domestic consumption and exports. If the government proceeds with taking an additional 450GL of water from irrigators, it could have devastating effects on jobs and livelihoods in rural communities. This could ultimately lead to a rise in the prices of fruit and vegetables, putting additional financial strain on residents already facing a cost-of-living crisis.

Cr Sali raises the concern that if fresh produce becomes less affordable due to these changes, it may impact the health and well-being of residents who rely on these essential food items for their diets.

“What happens when people cannot afford the food in their supermarket trolley each week? Will they be forced to take out the fruit and vegetables in their trolley and risk the impact this may have on their health and wellbeing?” asked Cr Sali.

“Fresh fruit and vegetables have an important role to play in our health and if increased prices make these commodities

unaffordable, both young and old will be affected.”

Cr Sali said the region would continue to fight for a better outcome and ensure our community is protected from further social and economic harm and uncertainty.

“Local food manufacturing must be protected, less water means less food produced, leading to higher costs,” he said.

“Our community deserves better and our nation expects premium fruit and vegetables to continue to be grown in this region.”

Stress less at mealtimes

LA TROBE University’s Shepparton campus led an engaging event last week that normalises fussy eating and offers practical solutions to get food on the table.

Feeding children can be tough especially with rising costs, picky eaters and nutrition guidelines thrown into the mix.

Understanding Children’s Nutrition: Making Mealtimes Fun, Frugal and Filling was a free event led by panellists, involving a cooking demonstration and Q&A addressing issues around children’s nutrition.

The panel experts discussed what children need, what helps and hinders

parents or guardians in making decisions about feeding children, as well as some community -based and creative methods to tackle common challenges and return calm to the table.

The group gathered to experience a cooking demonstration by cookbook author and La Trobe lecturer, Melanie Lionello, followed by an informative panel discussion led by Neha Samar, Founder of the Flamingo Project with local nutritionist, Katie Thorp and Sara Smilevska, Discipline of Nutrition and Dietetics Lecturer at La Trobe and Clinical Dietitian (Pediatrics, Specialist Medicine), and Melanie Lionello,

lecturer in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, both from La Trobe University who travelled to the Shepparton campus for the event.

The panel covered topics including

Ridiculous firewood situation

No firewood collection points in Moira Shire

LIBERAL Member for Northern Victoria Wendy Lovell has labelled the Andrews Labor Government’s new firewood collection rules announced Friday as “ridiculous”, with Labor again ignoring Moira Shire residents who rely on wood as an energy source for their homes.

Ms Lovell has advocated for the State Government to open more firewood collection points in the northern part of her electorate, with no designated locations situated in Moira Shire, despite an abundance of available wood in the nearby Barmah Forest.

“With the firewood collection season now open, the State Government has confirmed that there will be no firewood collection points in the Moira Shire LGA, a ridiculous scenario considering the abundance of fallen wood in local regional parks that if left will become a fire hazard during summer,” said Ms Lovell.

“It is an insult to locals that Labor are forcing them to drive up to 3 ½ hours to collect wood just to heat their homes and I call on the Minister to end this madness and allow Moira residents to access firewood closer to home.”

Buxton Silver Gum Population

Populations of the Acheron Valley’s Buxton Silver Gum have been given a boost thanks to the achievements of a five-year Australian Government program. The endangered Buxton Silver Gum grows best in a very wet environment and is most often found near waterways.

Between 2019 and 2023, the GoulburnBroken Catchment Management Authority (GBCMA) coordinated a project, funded by the Regional Land Partnership Program, to increase the population of the Buxton Sliver Gum.

The GBCMA engaged the Euroa Arboretum to collect seed and grow seedlings for planting on suitable private and public land. Much of the work was carried out by Taunugurung works crew Biik Cultural Land Management. There is now a waiting list for landowners wanting to play a part in the tree’s resurgence.

Cannatrek gets the green light

continued from front page

THIS accreditation marks a significant milestone for Cannatrek, as it transitions from being primarily an agricultural company to becoming a complete pharmaceutical supply chain for medicinal cannabis treatments.

The $5m manufacturing facility is part of a broader planned $17m investment by Cannatrek into the Shepparton region that includes both cultivation and end-to-end manufacturing of medicinal cannabis products.

The organisation is not only investing in its processing facility but also its cannabis farm in our region, which is expected to begin cultivating cannabis plants in the coming year. This farm will supply the Shepparton processing facility, completing the supply chain from cultivation to distribution of finished medicines.

CFO and executive director of Cannatrek,

Brett Schwarz, spoke of how when it came to selecting a region for a cannabis farm and production facility, Shepparton was the clear frontrunner.

“Here we are in Shepparton, an epicentre of farming activity, knowledge and an ideal climate for agricultural prosperity. We looked at other regions, but Shepparton ticked all the boxes,” said Mr Schwarz.

“Shepparton has the longest daylight hours outside of Darwin, it’s an ideal location establishing an end-to-end supply chain. This site will generate jobs for the region and we have put a lot of focus into developing this site.”

Brett Schwarz, alongside Head of Capital Projects and Cultivation Operations at Cannatrek Shaya Rubinstein, CEO and Cannatrek founder Tommy Huppert and Kim O’Keeffe, the Nationals Member for Shepparton District, welcomed the media for a tour of the facility last Tuesday.

ROUND UP SEPTEMBER 2023

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS VEHICLE?

Today a truck was stolen from a Tyaak address located near Broadford Victoria.

The truck is distinct in colour and shape.

Mercedes Benz

Registration C4NNON

If you see this vehicle, please contact 000, or contact your local Police station.

DRINK RESPONSIBLY

Miscalculation of alcohol consumption has been identified as one of the most common reasons young drivers give police when caught over the limit.

We’re urging everyone participating in end of season celebrations (players, spectators, WAGs, BAHs?) to plan ahead, organise a safe way home, and not drive impaired.

Best of luck to all teams competing in finals over the next couple of weekends!

Lapping it up at Verney Road

THE long-debated question of who would win in a race between Spiderman, Supergirl, the Ninja Turtles, the Incredibles, a Minion and Geelong Cats AFL great, Joel Selwood, was settled at Verney Road primary schools' annual fun run last week. With fun and excitement, along with the students themselves declared clear winners.

Roughly 230 students draped in costumes and smiles completed six to eight laps, 240m in length, over 30-minute increments, totalling between 1.5km – 2km ran for each student. With a week of fundraising to go, they have managed to gather $2000, which will go towards improving the outdoor playground facilities and to supply the students with more equipment for their recess and lunch breaks in the yard.

When the dust settled, the caped crusaders enjoyed some well-deserved icy poles before heading back to their classrooms until the challenge of the Fun Run calls to them again.

R U OK?

R U OK? Day is a national day of action dedicated to inspiring all people of all backgrounds to regularly ask each other 'Are you OK?' This year's theme is “I'm here to hear.” This year, R U OK? Day is Thursday, September 14.

It's a national day of action that aims to prevent suicide by encouraging Australians to connect with someone they care about and help stop little problems turning into big ones. In the time it takes to have a coffee, you can start a conversation that could change a life. The day serves as a reminder to everyone across Australia, from all backgrounds and walks of life, to ask

family friends and colleagues, "Are you OK?".

Staying connected with others is crucial to our general health and wellbeing. Feeling isolated or hopeless can contribute to depression and other mental illnesses which can ultimately result in suicide. Regular meaningful conversations can protect those we know and love.

R U OK? inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with anyone who may be struggling with life. You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener.

Special celebration for kindergarten

40 YEARS young and they don’t look a day over six. Isabel Pearce Kindergarten (IPK) turned 40 last Friday, celebrating with families both old and new to reminisce about the past and look forward to the future.

What began as a single room in 1983 for a group of families and a committee who raised the funds to open a kindergarten in a lovely rural area, on Central Avenue in Shepparton East, has grown into one of the busiest Kinders in the district, opening a second room

in 2012, to cater to over a hundred families a week. While continuing to work towards a more sustainable centre, IPK has plans to build a bike track out the back of the centre with council backing, to teach the kinder aged children the importance of traffic and road safety.

Many IPK staff are long serving, exceeding 10 years' service, and a dedicated few spent more than 20 years at IPK. “It’s a great service, once you start here you basically stay until you retire,’ laughed service leader Linda Laws, who has been at IPK for 18 years.

Early Voting for “Voice to Parliament” Referendum

IN the upcoming "Voice to Parliament" referendum in Australia, voters have the option of casting their ballots through postal voting. Starting from September 11, postal voting will be available, granting voters a full month to apply and submit their votes. The application window for postal voting remains open until 6 pm on October 11.

However, it is essential to note that this option is primarily for individuals who cannot make it to the polls on October 14 or visit an early-voting centre during the two weeks leading up to the referendum. Make your voice heard in this crucial decision for Australia's future.

Sneezing into spring

VIBRANT colours of spring are beginning to paint the Goulburn Valley, and many residents are eagerly embracing the warmer weather and blossoming flowers. However, for some, this season also brings spring allergies.

Spring allergies, often triggered by pollen from trees, grasses, and flowers, can turn a beautiful season into a sneezing and itching ordeal. The Goulburn Valley, with its lush greenery, provides an ideal environment for pollen production, making it essential for residents to be prepared.

Common symptoms of spring allergies include sneezing, runny or stuffy noses, itchy or watery eyes, and throat irritation. To combat these symptoms, here are some tips to consider:

chris.futurefeetpodiatry@gmail.com or call us on 58 143 570.

1. Monitor pollen counts: Keep an eye on local pollen counts, which can vary day by day. Limit outdoor activities on high pollen days or plan them for times when pollen

levels are lower, such as in the evening.

2. Medication and professional advice: Over-the-counter antihistamines or nasal corticosteroids can help alleviate allergy symptoms. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new medication.

3. Allergen-proof your home: Use allergen-proof covers on pillows and mattresses, wash bedding in hot water regularly, and keep windows closed on high pollen days to reduce allergen exposure.

4. Stay informed: Keep track of local pollen forecasts and seek medical advice if your symptoms worsen or interfere with your daily life.

By following these tips and seeking guidance from healthcare professionals, you can better manage and alleviate spring allergy symptoms, allowing you to fully embrace the joys of this picturesque season.

From a battle to a beacon of hope

AN INSPIRING JOURNEY… Ian Martin’s survival of head and neck cancer, exemplifying sheer determination, encouraging mental wellness, and bringing to light the critical need for improved healthcare in regional areas. His tale of courage serves as a beacon of hope for those locked in the throes of battle.

AMONG the many victories against lifethreatening diseases, the journey of local Goulburn Valley resident Ian Martin stands out, for he won a fierce battle against Stage 3 oropharyngeal cancer. Notwithstanding the intimidating diagnosis and debilitating treatment, his will not to merely survive, but to reclaim his life stands as an inspiring testament to human resilience.

Treating cancer is often just half the battle; living with its after-effects is the other. Ian bore the brunt, experiencing fatigue, loss of taste, dizziness, pain in his jaw and throat, and impairments to his hearing. Not one to be deterred, he understood these as reminders of his

survival rather than signs of defeat.

Ian's strength lies in his spirit and tenacity. But it's his mindset that truly shapes his recovery. He champions positivity and grit, stating, "I now have a totally different view on life. I will retire a lot earlier than planned. You realise how important life is in its simple form”.

Cancer is a formidable enemy. Beating it requires unfathomable strength, courage, and resilience. And the aftermath? Perhaps an even more rigorous battle. But as Ian Martin's experience iterates, it's a new life that can indeed be managed and conquered, offering an undeniable beacon of hope for others on similar journeys.

LAST week, Shepparton joined the nation in celebrating Women's Health Week, a time dedicated to prioritising the well-being of the women in our community. This annual event encourages women of all ages to take charge of their health and make self-care a top priority.

In a region known for its rich agricultural heritage and vibrant community spirit, it's crucial for Shepparton's women to ensure their physical and mental health is at its best. From the bustling orchards to

the charming streets of our town, the demands on women are diverse and often relentless. Women's Health Week serves as a timely reminder to focus on care, attention, and support.

Local organisations offered a range of activities and workshops, addressing issues from nutrition and fitness to mental health and selfesteem. These events provided an opportunity for women to come together, share experiences, and learn valuable tools for leading healthier, happier lives.

KYABRAM V EUROA

Euroa will be hoping history repeats itself when it comes to preliminary final victories. The Magpies played and won this game last year against Mansfield to advance to take on Echuca.

Echuca awaits the winner after it defeated Kyabram by three goals in the second semi-final.

The Pies made their way through to the preliminary final after turning the tables on Seymour after two home and away losses to them in 2023 to advance thanks to a four-goal win.

Euroa has found form at the right time of the year while Kyabram has played some good quarters of finals football but coach Paul Newman knows that unless his boys dish up a four-quarter effort then it will be curtains for 2023.

The Pies and Bombers will be desperate for victory for very different reasons.

Euroa will believe that if it can get to the grandfinal then it can get the Murray Bombers while the Bombers will be desperate to try and turn the tables on the reigning premier after showing glimpses of what they are capable of when they are on in their three meetings in 2023.

Kyabram’s midfield will need to be on because if Euroa can get on top and have the footy live in its front half it will feel confident it has the weapons to kick a winning score. That said, the Bombers have some

weapons of their own that can do some damage on the scoreboard.

Tom Holman has been a standout for the Bombers in their two finals as has Jett Trotter for the Pies. Defensively, both teams will be challenged. And it is for that reason that you must take your opportunities.

One area of concern has been the Pies kicking for goal in the past fortnight. 0.7 and 2.8 in each of the premiership quarters. But what would have been pleasing has been the two last quarters where they have piled on the goals to outscore their opponents.

Coach Scott Rowan will be confident if his team is either level or slightly behind at three-quarter-time that they will have the ability to run over the Bombers.

While the Bombers know the importance of finishing strongly just like they did against Mansfield in week one of the finals when they were challenged.

Both teams have some player availability concerns, with Jason Morgan desperate to play after missing both finals while the Pies will be sweating on the fitness of Morrison Medal favourite Will Hayes who had his ankle on ice at the end of the win last weekend.

Despite the fact the Pies have not beaten Kyabram this year, I think that changes in the preliminary final and they will win to advance to a showdown with the reigning premier in a re-match of the 2022 decider. Tip: Euroa.
