MEGAN BROWN, AREA MANAGER

Megan began working in the Geelong Store as a sales assistant in 2004, before moving to Shepparton in 2014 to take over the manager’s role at the newly opened Shepparton store. Since then, she has put in a huge amount of work, constantly growing and improving the store’s range and customer base. Megan has recently progressed to taking on the role of area manager and oversees operations from central Victoria right across to the Mildura region. The thing she enjoys most about working at Darby’s is engaging with the customers, having a laugh with her workmates and doing colour matches.

TINA MACGREGOR, SUPERSTAR ALL-ROUNDER

Tina started in the Shepparton branch in 2021, she is Megan’s trusty sidekick in the branch, doing everything from serving customers to mixing paint, packing orders and everything in between. Her favourite thing about working for Darby’s is her superstar manager Megan, and she really enjoys when people bring in their finished projects to show her.

MOLLY BROWN, THE STAR OF THE SHOW

Often touted as the “Mascot of Darby’s Shepparton”, Molly Brown is store manager Megan’s beloved 9-year-old Staffy-Greyhound cross.

Megan adopted Molly from Shepparton Animal Rescue & Re-Homing. Molly loves greeting customers, a good scratch behind the ears, and supervising warehouse operations while laying on her bed in the sun out the back!

Brad is Shepparton’s new travelling sales representative, coming on board only recently in 2023.

Brad is a qualified spray painter and with him has brought a wealth of knowledge. He loves getting out and

seeing customers, making sure they have everything they need, right when they need it. You can find him in the big Darby’s van, on the road every day bringing the service Darby’s is renowned for directly to their customers.

DEAN RANKIN, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - INTERIOR COATINGS

Dean came to Darby’s in 2021 and was Shepparton’s travelling sales representative for two years. His lifelong experience in the coatings industry is invaluable and he has brought incredible growth to the Shepparton

store. Dean was recently promoted to the position of Business Development Manager - Interior Coatings and is now driving Darby’s Paints’ expansion into 2-pack interior coatings for kitchens and joinery all throughout Victoria.
