Caring for families Our goal is to empower families and provide them with the support they need to thrive in our rapidly-changing world. Families receive nurture and support through our network of schools. The Adventist Church runs a highly respected and caring Christian educational system, catering for pre-school to tertiary level.

Seventh-day Adventists are Christians who recognise that every person is valuable to God, to be treated with dignity and respect. Our name comes from the biblical observance of the seventhday Sabbath and a belief in the second coming or “advent” of Jesus to this world. We believe that the Bible is God’s special message to humans and provides the ultimate explanation for why we are here.
