Airmen assigned to the 86th Airlift Wing load various in-flight kits onto a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft at Ramstein Air Base, Feb. 4. The kits include medical supplies, patient comfort items and personal protection equipment. The NPC-L fits into the cargo compartment of C-130Js, and is designed to transport individuals with COVID-19 or other highly infectious diseases while preventing the aircrew and medical professionals onboard from exposure.
