She shared photos and videos of their activities, which included videos of herself dancing on the ship. It appears the Claimant traveled to the Turks and Caicos Islands on or around 2/27/2025 and to Washington, DC on 2/27/2025. The only mention of injury, since the date of loss, was on 7/11/2025 when she complained of foot pain caused by plantar fasciitis and a headache.

On 12/27/2024, she posted that she spent her Christmas on a cruise to the Bahamas. General internet research provided documents regarding a lawsuit the Claimant filed against a medical professional for medical malpractice regarding the death of her late husband after a tonsillectomy.

On 7/21/20025, he posted a video of himself in the airport stating that he had returned from the United Kingdom. He posted videos of himself in the airport and in London sitting on a large horse statue. He also posted a video of himself outdoors in the city of London, he stated in the caption he was there for a solo vacation for his 36th birthday.

: During surveillance, the Claimant was documented assisting another individual while working beneath a vehicle that was elevated on a hydraulic lift. The Claimant lifted his right arm above his head and appeared to hold the exhaust tip in place while the other individual appeared to be welding a section of the exhaust system. The Claimant was observed placing his hands on the back of a co-worker who was actively pushing the rear of a Dodge Ram ProMaster cargo van, which appeared to be inoperable and neutral.
REAL RESULTS : The Claimant was documented walking around his property, operating a vehicle, conducting errands, carrying a medium-sized white plastic bag and a small child, along with placing cement slabs onto the pickup flatbed, and using a shovel to push down onto the dirt area along a small cinder wall.

REAL RESULTS : During this surveillance, the Claimant was documented mowing the yard with a push mower. He used both of his arms and hands while pushing. The Claimant also utilized a yard tool and began to do yard work using mostly his right hand and holding the cell phone with his left hand. The Claimant was observed stooping and bending down. He also used an electric hedge trimmer and began trimming the bushes in front of the residence. He then proceeded to rake up the debris.

REAL RESULTS : During this surveillance, the Claimant, was observed outside of the residence in the following activities: walking, standing, sitting, entering/exiting the residence, entering/exiting a vehicle, riding as a passenger in a vehicle, bending at the waist and knees, carrying a mattress with both hands and unknown items in both hands, raising both arms over her head, and operating a vehicle.
