Claimant has alleged soft tissue injury.

REAL RESULTS : The NetSweep revealed that the Claimant played college and semi-pro football. A Facebook post, dated 3/24/23, shows Claimant in a football uniform matching that of team “Battle Creek Smoke”. A news article was also located showing images from the game that match’s the Claimant. It is likely he has been playing since the DOL. Surveillance is recommended to document the Claimant’s football activities.

CASE STUDY 2 NETSWEEP/DESKTOP INVESTIGATIONS

Claimant has MVA non-life-threatening injuries.

REAL RESULTS : The Claimant posted images of damaged vehicle and about the accident/injuries to Facebook. The post includes comments among friends and family. The Claimant’s mother owns/operates a farm with cattle and horses that the family (including Claimant) appear to be involved in. Surveillance is ongoing to document the Claimant’s activities.

INVESTIGATIONS

Claimant has alleged soft tissue injuries with limited neck strain. Injuries also include left shoulder rotator cuff tear with surgery.

REAL RESULTS : Claimant is very active on social media. Over 300 videos on Tiktok have been posted by the Claimant since the DOL. Videos show her driving in a commercial truck, dancing and singing...freely moving head, neck and shoulders. Surveillance is recommended to document the Claimant’s activities.
