Select Military Scholarship

Our culture at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties is to be a team of leaders and supporters in our communities. In keeping with this belief and in appreciation of all Veterans, we have developed the Select Military Scholarship Program. This program is designed to help make the transition from military life to civilian life a little easier for our Veterans. Our program offers a bundled set of services to assist Veterans and their spouses with the costs and entry into the Real Estate industry.

• Missouri Real Estate Practice Course ($200 value) and Licensing Fees ($90 value)

• State Exam ($68 value, reimbursed through the VA website)

• 5-day Real Estate Mastery course at our Success Center

• Fingerprinting ($41 value)

• Full Year Subscription of our Marketing & Technology Solutions, including Microsoft Office365 Online ($480 value)

• Errors & Omissions Insurance (one year -$600 value)
