Our Return to Office Journey

Phase 1: June 1, 2022

✓ Senior Leaders (sr. directors, executive directors, vice provosts and above) return to the office two days a week.

✓ Leaders are encouraged to bring team members into the office

Phase 2: September 7, 2022

✓ Senior Managers and above not already included in Phase 1 return to the office two days a week— Wednesday & Thursday

✓ Leaders are continued to be encouraged to bring team members into the office

Phases 1&2 applied to colleagues within 60 miles of an Adtalem location

Our Phase 3 Approach

Phase 3: September 11, 2023

✓ Colleagues core grade 7+ return to the office three days a week Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

✓ Adtalem locations include Chicago Headquarters, Addison National, Columbia, Minneapolis, and Miramar.

Phase 3 applies to colleagues within 50 miles of an Adtalem location

The return to office approach applies to all colleagues who live within 50 miles of their assigned location (excludes temps and independent contractors).

The return to office approach includes 3 days per week in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The return to office approach maintains the flexibility for colleagues to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Creating a Positive Colleague Return to Office Experience

A project team is leading the efforts to create a positive, seamless experience as grade 7+ colleagues within 50 miles of an Adtalem office transition back to working in the office three days a week. The focus is on creating an efficient, positive, and welcoming experience for colleagues returning to each of the four main Adtalem offices. The project team members include:
