Auction Weekend The final weekend consists of an open house showing on Friday from 1:00-4:00 pm, the day before the auction. Auction day will start Saturday at 9:00 am with registration. Buyers are able to conduct a final walkthrough and the auction will commence at 11:00 am. The property is sold, contracts are signed and deposits are taken immediately following.
