OUR PHILOSOPHY
“To design a better world, one space at a time.” Design excellence in every interior—these are words that ADS have lived by from the beginning. In our projects, every single detail is given the attention, care, and passion it deserves, from the way light bathes a room to the feel of a leather couch, a table's surface, or an accent wall. An ADS-designed space engages the senses, evokes positive emotions and memories, and lifts the spirits of the people within it. Our detail-oriented approach demands a thorough understanding of the client—something we excel at. We deliver cohesive, sensible designs that specifically address the needs of the people using the space, achieved through basing our concepts on their practical requirements, preferences, hobbies, and social interactions. Because of this approach, we create a fresh, unique style for each project. We don't follow trends; we set them.
At the end of the day, we still consider the client to be the most important element in our designs. Everything begins and ends with them, so we bring not only our passion and expertise to every project, but also integrity, honesty, and humility.

Don’t worry, though. Over the years, we’ve created and refined a system that allows us to deliver our services efficiently, and we use only the best tools and work with the finest subcontractors and suppliers. Most of all, we strive to gain your confidence by operating with integrity and honesty, and exhibiting patience over the inevitable give-and-take that accompanies the whole process. Simply put, we want you feeling as comfortable as you can be when working with us. Here’s a brief outline of our process that lets you know what to expect before we begin.
OUR PROCESS
If you’ve made it this far, you’re probably interested in availing of our services. Be warned, however, that it’s not easy bringing any design to life. We don’t just put pen to paper and watch whatever we drew up spring from the page.

Once our back-andforth over the design has settled, we then finalize the drawings and details. We revise and flesh everything out to the tiniest detail to make our drawings as accurate as possible. The next step is to bid out the project for contractors, a practicaltophasethatwe’llassistyouinensureyou’llgetthemostsolution.
We’re a curious bunch here at ADS, with you being the headouragreement,Oncemeaningfulthoseandneedstoprobetrust.expectations,andWeyoucantryDuringmainobjectofourcuriosity.thefirstmeeting,wetoknowasmuchasweaboutyouwhilelettingknowwhatwecanoffer.presentourportfolioservices,analyzeandascertainMostimportantly,wejustdeepenoughknowwhatexactlyyouranddesiresare,howwecantranslateintoadesignthat’sandenduring.we’reinmutualwe’llpreparedesignfeeproposalandontothenextphase.
In this phase, we build on the final design by actually building the project. This is where our project management team comes in—they’ll coordinate with your project coordinator/ manager to ensure everything is in order, liaise with all suppliers in terms of purchasing materials and finishes, and supervise the construction phase. Once construction is done, the design team takes over to put on the finishing touches such as delivery and installation of new furnishings, accessories, andartwork. Once the paint is dry and everything’s been nailed down, we do a final walkthrough of your newly

How a space makes people feel is a question that designers labor over, and this problem is all the more essential when designing commercial establishments. For commercial projects, we draw up spaces that accentuate the brand’s values, with the aim of assuring customers of the brand’s quality.
