Connect with friends, family, and services that support participation. Create by engaging in activities that promote learning, health, and personal enrichment. Contribute time, talent, and life experience to benefit others.
Communities that encourage the contributions of older adults are stronger! By engaging and supporting all community members, we recognize that older adults play a key role in the vitality of our neighborhoods, networks, and lives. We hope that our programming and services do just that through the ADRC, and we encourage you to connect, create, and contribute for a stronger and more diverse community this May, as well as throughout the year. What will you do to support older adults that connects, creates and contributes? I challenge you to do something that fits the theme this month here in the Chippewa Valley. If you are on social media, use the hashtag #OAM19 and join the movement. Emily Gilbertson, ADRC Assistant Director Information provided by acl.gov
