Chairman’s Welcome
Dear Members and Friends,
In the Spring edition of the CONNECTIONS magazine, the notion of Re-Connecting, Re-Engaging and Re-Suming business was highlighted. With the dog days of summer behind us, it is now time to think about the fall business season.
My favorite fall things include the crisp cool mornings, a warm cup of coffee (PSL), anything pumpkin, warm apple cider donuts, golfing (no leaves preferred), and visiting wineries and breweries with family and friends.
From a business perspective (for me anyway), this is the time of year to attend community, civic and networking events; making time to re-connect with business colleagues you lost touch with over the summer; meeting new business community members, and finding ways to help them grow or make introductions.
For our Chamber, things look a little different this fall as we moved our Annual Gala to September. We are looking forward to launching a new (in-person) speaker series ~ Leaders In Motion. The objective of the new series is to bring critical topics to our business community presented by local leaders and share ideas to help us all grow and thrive.
We are thankful for you, our Chamber Members, and to our community partners. We hope the remainder of 2021 provides you with fruitful experiences to connect, grow and thrive in your business. As always, the Chamber is here to guide you in that journey.
