2022 a marqué un tournant important sur Mareterra. Le gros œuvre est désormais achevé sur la plupart des bâtiments, tandis que le second œuvre a fait son apparition. C’est ainsi que le chantier voit dorénavant intervenir plus d’une dizaine de corps d’état secondaires.

Deux grandes familles de corps d’état secondaires peuvent être définies : les corps d’état dits techniques (électricité, climatisation, plomberie…) et ceux dits architecturaux ou de finition (menuisiers, peintres, serruriers, carreleurs…). Chacun d’eux nécessite des formations, des méthodes, des compétences particulières. Des métiers passionnants que chacun connaît de nom, mais dont on ignore souvent la réalité. Qui plus est, ils figurent bien souvent parmi les secteurs qui recrutent le plus, offrant, de facto, de formidables opportunités d’emploi.

2022 marked an important turning point for Mareterra. The structural work for most of the buildings is now complete, while the finishing stage has started. More than a dozen finishing trades have become involved in the project.

Two large groups of finishing trades can be defined: the technical tradespeople (electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, etc.) and the architectural or finishing tradespeople (carpenters, painters, locksmiths, tile installers, etc.). Each trade requires specific training, methods and skills. Exciting professions that everyone knows by name, but whose reality we often ignore. And they are often among the sectors that recruit the most, offering, de facto, great job opportunities.
