The Perfect Location The Al Maa’red Hall is the perfect location for your wedding or special event. We offer you and your guests an abundance of space in our state-of-the art facilities away from the traffic and noise of downtown Abu Dhabi.

Your guests will benefit from covered parking for 6,000 vehicles as well as a private entrance away from the exhibition centre and hotels.

A Magical Venue The Al Maa’red Hall is a purpose built wedding and banqueting hall which provides 5-star luxury facilities; it is an architectural masterpiece which is becoming the first-choice venue for weddings and banquets in the city.

The Al Maa’red Hall can host weddings for up to 700 guests (men) and 600 guests (women). It features a 1,500 square metre wedding hall, a 600 square metre pre-function hall, a 150 square metre Majilis, a sumptuous Bridal Suite and a separate entrance which has been designed to provide complete privacy. Additionally, the hall features world-class fixtures and fittings which have been sourced from all over the world to create a venue which is an embodiment of luxury and class.

The Bridal Suite

The Bridal Suite is a lavish 5-star suite where the bride can share time with her family in complete privacy; it features:

A family Majilis Hair & beauty styling room Photographic studio with mirrored panels Bridal preparation room Bedroom with wardrobe space An en-suite bathroom A separate shower room

Note: Please be aware that the bridal suite is a preparation room only and is not available for overnight stays.

Larger Weddings

For weddings too large to make use of the facilities of the Al Maa’red Hall, the state-of-the-art exhibition halls of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre provide all the space that you will ever need. Indeed, we have staged weddings up to 15,000sqm with over 5,000 guests.

The Bridal Suite and the Majilis will be made available to clients staging their weddings in the exhibition halls.

VIP Experience

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre regularly stages some of the most important events in the Middle East and welcomes Sheikhs, Sheikhas, Heads of State and other dignitaries with regularity.

Clients staging their weddings with us can rest assured that any VIP requirements will be handled efficiently, professionally and discreetly.

Even though our focus is weddings, we can also help you celebrate any special occasion in style, by offering a flexible service - tailored to your exact requirements.

Our experienced event planners are highly qualified to produce and stage any themed event; from a graduation ceremony, to a birthday celebration, to a Laylat al Henna party, fulfilling your every need.

Catering

Hospitality by ADNEC is the exclusive catering provider for the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. It has catered for some of the largest and most prestigious exhibitions, conventions, concerts and wedding celebrations in the Middle East and fully understands the importance that the wedding menu plays in this ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ experience.

Our aspiration is to make sure your every wish is taken care of and we will develop a tailor-made menu which astonishes and satisfies your guests in every way. A highly experienced and award winning team will ensure the highest standards of food and service are met because our attention to detail is second to none.

Note: The hire of Hospitality by ADNEC catering services negates any additional hall rental fees.

Wedding Kosha

The Wedding Kosha is one of the most personal and important elements of a lady’s wedding. It gives the bride the chance to show her refined style and personality whilst she takes centre stage during the most important day of her life.

At Al Maa’red Weddings we specialise in the design of Wedding Koshas and our experienced designers will either provide you with a unique and elegant design which fulfills all your dreams or help you to bring your own creation to life.
