MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN* CAPTAIN MOHAMED JUMA AL SHAMISI I first wish to express my pride in the distinguished successes and accomplishments achieved by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) during 2019. Under the support and guidance of our wise leadership, ADNEC’s position at the forefront of the business tourism industry and a leader in economic diversification was cemented.

Now, I am pleased to share with you some of our exceptional results. We witnessed a remarkable increase in the number of visitors arriving from across the world, enhancing our company’s performance across all its sectors.

Additionally, we witnessed a sustained and tangible growth in the number of events, exhibitions, and conferences, attracting both local and international businesses.

ADNEC continues to grow and to position itself as the region’s pioneering business tourism hub through hosting leading international exhibitions and conferences. Sound strategies and insights, coupled with our excellent infrastructure and a dedicated Emirati workforce, allow us to maintain our success and our high level of excellence while promoting Abu Dhabi’s non-oil sector.

Year on year, ADNEC has strengthened its efforts to promote the UAE capital as a world-class destination and a nexus in business tourism. The results are a testament of our steadfast and committed teams, who elevate the company’s excellence in both the local and international arena.

These successes have been achieved as a result of ADNEC’s organisational capabilities, and our strong institutional strategy, both of which have been driven by the directives and vision of our wise leadership. In spite of the significant and accelerating challenges and changes the globe has witnessed since the beginning of 2020, our company looks to it as an important opportunity to adapt to the transformation and changes occurring in the business environment. We shall continue to focus on development and innovation, in line with the Year of Preparation, advancing ADNEC’s position at the forefront of the international events industry, delivering consistent operational excellence, and creating long-term economic and social impact to Abu Dhabi.

MESSAGE FROM MANAGING DIRECTOR & GROUP CEO HUMAID MATAR AL DHAHERI 2019 was a dynamic year for the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company. Our strong 2019 results have been produced following an impressive growth in visitor numbers from across the globe and therefore delivering a significant impact on the Emirate’s economy.

During 2019, ADNEC witnessed an exceptional record of success, allowing us to maintain our leading global position as a renowned provider of international exhibitions and conferences in the Middle East, alongside providing a considerable influence on the growth of business tourism in Abu Dhabi.

Our venues in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and London hosted a record number of events, demonstrating our company’s capabilities in hosting large scale exhibitions and conferences and multiple events at the same time. Such numbers advance ADNEC’s position at the forefront of the international business tourism industry, driving long term economic and social results for Abu Dhabi.

In 2019, we achieved excellent results in all key areas of the business and reached new heights for opportunities of growth due to carefully thought out strategies. Results of which we are particularly proud of are the record number of job opportunities we created in 2019, which increased from the previous year, alongside ADNEC achieving our highest customer satisfaction rating in the global events and exhibitions industry.

Another standout achievement was receiving a high number of accolades reflecting our levels of excellence in both customer experience within the events industry as well as being innovation and sustainability leaders.

During 2020, ADNEC will continue to solidify Abu Dhabi’s status as the region’s leading business-tourism capital, alongside continuing to offer organisers, exhibitors, and delegates world-class facilities and services that ensure the success of events hosted at our venues. We are confident that we are on the right path to continue to maintain our status and world class offering that will see us continue to strengthen our business.

ADNEC ECONOMIC IMPACT TO UAE

ADNEC PLAYS AN ESSENTIAL ROLE IN HELPING THE EMIRATE ACHIEVE ITS LONG TERM GOALS OF ECONOMIC GROWTH AND DIVERSIFICATION

ADNEC’s economic impact is calculated using a model developed by an independent, third party consultant. Through a series of world class exhibitions, conventions and events, ADNEC assists in growing the business tourism (MICE sector) and generating non-oil related economic impact.

The key metric used to measure ADNEC’s economic impact is the Gross Value Added (GVA), which is equivalent to GDP adjusted for taxes and subsidies.

ADNEC’s core business is staging international exhibitions and conferences, in addition to providing planning support for event organisers. ADNEC also generates revenues from a number of ancillary sources, including Capital Hospitality, ADNEC Services and leasing of retail units and serviced offices across its venues and premises.

The economic impact calculation depends on key variables and parameters, including the number of visitors, type (domestic and international), length of stay, average spend, services and goods involved, as well as hotels and airlines. The model considers various types of affected sectors, such as wholesale, retail trade, repairing services, restaurants, hotels, transport, storage and communication.

As shown in the chart, ADNEC’s Gross Value Added (GVA) has increased during the last five years, and was particularly high in 2019 due to ADNEC hosting a number of major events including IDEX, Special Olympics, World Energy Congress, ADIPEC and World Road Congress.

Other parameters that we also measure as part of our economic impact formula are the number of jobs supported in the UAE, hotel room nights generated through our hosted international exhibitions and conferences as well as the economic output generated.

VENUES

ABU DHABI NATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTRE Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre is a multi-award winning venue offering organisers of exhibitions, conferences and live events a total space of just over 142,000 square metres. This incorporates two large conference halls that can seat 1,600 people combined,

21 meeting rooms, 12 halls, a purpose-built banquet facility that can seat 700 people in a dinner setting and a multifunctional 6,000 seat conference centre facility.

The venue also boasts a range of restaurants, cafés, shops, on-site hotels and business facilities as well as outdoor event spaces and the stunning Waterfront Quayside.

AL AIN CONVENTION CENTRE Al Ain Convention Centre provides the city of Al Ain with an exceptional venue for exhibitions, conferences, weddings and other special events.

It is built in a unique architectural style that is in harmony with the city’s existing architecture with a marqueestyle roof. It offers combined (indoor and outdoor) event space of 20,000 square metres.

ExCeL LONDON ExCeL London, London’s largest international exhibition and convention centre, was acquired by Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company in 2008.

It sits on a 100-acre campus alongside Royal Victoria Dock in London’s Docklands and has hosted a variety of events including the 2012 London Olympics. The venue offers 100,000 square metres of multi-purpose, flexible event space, including the Capital’s only International Convention Centre; ICC London. ICC London includes the UK’s largest fullyflexible auditorium for up to 5,000 delegates.

There is also London’s largest banqueting hall for up to 3,000 guests and a conference suite comprising 17 individual meeting rooms, suitable for anything from 50 to 1,200 delegates.

ADNEC GROUP

EXHIBITIONS IDEX LLC ADNEC Group’s event organising arm, IDEX LLC proudly organises some of the most significant events in the region.

IDEX First held in 1993, IDEX, the largest tri-service defence exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2019. IDEX takes place biennially, and is organised by IDEX LLC in association with the UAE Armed Forces GHQ.

NAVDEX NAVDEX is part of the world’s leading joint defense exhibition and takes place colocated with IDEX. NAVDEX demonstrates the latest technology across land, sea, and air sectors of defense. It is a unique platform to establish and strengthen relationships with government departments, businesses and armed forces.

UMEX AND SimTEX The Unmanned Systems Exhibition and Conference (UMEX), and Simulation Exhibition and Conference (SimTEX) runs at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The event showcases the MENA regions industry leading and growing unmanned systems segments.

Ideally positioned to provide a professional platform for manufacturers to meet operators and establish lucrative business relationships while promoting the defence, environmental, civil and humanitarian benefits of unmanned systems. The high-profile event offers access to the regional and international networks, share important views and experiences with keyplayers in the field.

ADIBS Further, IDEX LLC organises Abu Dhabi International Boat Show (ADIBS) which takes place at ADNEC Marina. ADIBS provides a world-class platform for UAE and international companies from the marine industry to display, discuss and demonstrate their products and services to government officials, special guests, media, boating enthusiasts and high net worth consumers. ADIBS 2019 evoked a sense of the rich maritime tradition of the UAE. Apart from the sophisticated marine leisure vessels, there are also fishing and diving equipment companies displaying their wares.

SIAL SIAL Middle East is a joint venture between IDEX LLC and Comexposium. It is an international exhibition of food and has established itself as one of the largest fairs for the food and beverage in the hospitality industry in the Middle East and the MENA region for 10 years.

HOTELS ANdAZ CAPITAL GATE HOTEL - ABU DHABI Located in the iconic Capital Gate tower, the five star ANdAZ Capital Gate hotel provides 188 rooms and unsurpassed views of the city and coastline. It was the first ANdAZ hotel in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The on-site hotel is directly connected to ADNEC.

ALOFT ABU DHABI HOTEL Owned by ADNEC and operated by Marriott International, Aloft Abu Dhabi is the largest Aloft hotel in Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

The four star hotel offers 408 rooms over 12-storeys and is connected to ADNEC by internal walkways.

ALOFT LONDON EXCEL In 2011, ExCeL London opened the UK’s first Aloft hotel. Aloft London ExCeL was built by Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company and is linked to the ICC London ExCeL. The four-star, 252 room hotel is located right next to the Prince Regent DLR station and is just minutes away from London City Airport, Canary Wharf, and from the O2 Arena on the Emirates Air Line cable car.

SERVICES ADNEC SERVICES LLC ADNEC Services LLC launched in 2015, and is a fully integrated business unit of ADNEC, offering a dedicated single point of contact for organisers, exhibitors and retailers, for setting up, connecting and activating stands, exhibitions and other conferences spaces within ADNEC venues, which can be delivered seamlessly within an overall one-stop approach. In addition to this ADNEC Services can also fully project manage events.

CAPITAL HOSPITALITY Capital Hospitality, part of ADNEC Services LLC, was launched in 2015, to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences, which combine international and local knowledge, to produce a 5-star hospitality service offering that is second-to-none.

THE HIVE LAUNCH JANUARY 2019

ADNEC introduced a new product to its portfolio of event spaces in January 2019, The Hive. The Hive is an innovation lab style, creative meeting space designed to stimulate creativity, generate ideas and build connections.

The Hive was launched in response to global meetings industry trends and addresses a need from the conference market to encourage increased dialogue, conversation and interaction between participants.

This new style of space is specifically designed as a striking alternative to ‘blank canvas’ meeting spaces that enhances the benefits of face-to-face engagement for its clients –a creative space that inspires those within to get creative.

The space has been designed as a direct response to a demand for ‘meaningful meetings’ and was an output of ADNEC’s in-house innovation programme, Future Foresight.

Sheikha Al Hosaini Senior Officer/Youth Initiatives Masdar The Hive is 666 square metre space consisting of an 80-seat auditorium, The Collaboratorium and The Lab that offers 320 square metres of configurable space as well as three meeting rooms offset from the main area. Across the corridor, The White Rooms are a suite of three separate meeting rooms.

No two rooms are alike. Facilities include multiple display panels (up to 7x4m in size) and state-of-the-art sound and video systems. Furniture varies and colour palettes change.

and walls differ from area to area.

Most furniture is on wheels, allowing meeting participants to sit and interact in a way that suits the conversation.

Furniture not movable, such as tables and chairs set up like swings, brings a different vibe and encourages participants to literally ‘get into the swing’ of sharing ideas. A ‘grab and go’ catering area allows attendees to ‘graze’ anytime they want, keeping meetings going when things may be starting to get interesting.

“Today we were the first people to try the Hive at ADNEC, and it was an amazing experience. We have had a full-day workshop from presentations to breakout sessions and brainstorming. It helped the attendees to unleash their creativity and work productively.”

in order to facilitate this we created a guide to disruptive meetings for meeting planners, The ADNEC Meeting Format Directory, which guides discussions between the venue and clients to ensure an enriched participant experience and enhanced outputs of events.

The Hive has been enthusiastically received by clients and potential clients since its launch where we were delighted to showcase the space to over 60 clients and government entities.

Since its launch, The Hive has gone on to win two international awards for ADNEC in 2019. It was the winner of the AIPC innovation award and the EFQM awards ‘innovation in customer experience’ award.

Special Olympics

WORLD GAMES Abu Dhabi 2019 MARCH 2019

In line with the spirit of the UAE’s “Year of Tolerance,” ADNEC hosted the Special Olympics World Games from March 14-21. The 2019 World Games was the largest in the 50 year history of the Special Olympics. Throughout the week of the games, ADNEC accommodated no fewer than 7,500 athletes and 3,000 coaches, as well as 300,000 spectators, representing over 200 nations.

“Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, was both the largest event that the UAE has ever hosted as well as the biggest sports and humanitarian

event in the world in 2019.” Dr Timothy Shriver, Chairman, Special Olympics.

Tasked with hosting 11 different categories—the most for any location in the 2019 Games—ADNEC provided venues for games ranging from basketball to judo. The Games took over the whole of the venue with additional temporary structures erected around the venue to accommodate specialist sports such as Bocce and powerlifting at the Grandstand area, as well as an athlete dining area.

Halls 1 and 2 were used as the ‘Healthy Athletes’ area where the athletes were provided free, health screening services, education and access to medical professionals. One athlete from Senegal for example, was able to hear for the first time aged 32 when provided with an in-ear device.

ADNEC further supported the World Games through marketing and PR campaigns, and staged a festival area activation run by ADNEC staff volunteers. The venue’s free superfast Wi-Fi enabled athletes and fans to both share their experiences on

social platforms and stay in touch with loved ones around the world, further promoting the sense of inclusion globally.

Additionally, ADNEC’s own planning team coordinated with the Special Olympics’ employees and management to ensure the smooth execution of every competition, award ceremony and related events. The pre-planning process started back in 2016.

Sanjay Sahota, Operations Director of the Special Olympics World Games 2019, praised ADNEC for its ample space, superb location, accommodating staff, prompt cooperation, flexibility, and delivery of urgent requests, calling the partnership with ADNEC a “very good experience.” In thanking ADNEC he said “Please accept our sincerest thanks for the invaluable support provided by you and your team during our Special Olympics World Games 2019 Journey.

Tala Al Ramahi, Chief strategy Officer of the Special Olympics World Games 2019, explained that ADNEC was one of the first venues she and her colleagues turned to, citing “world class facilities” and willingness “to do anything it takes to make sure that these games were successful for everyone involved.” She summarised her experience working with ADNEC by noting that, “We couldn’t have run these Games without the support of ADNEC and having a world class facility like this [in which] to run our competitions.”

World Energy Congress September 2019

The triennial World Energy Congress is the global flagship event of the World Energy Council, headquartered in London. Held across the globe, the Congress brings together government ministers, CEOs and industry experts to discuss critical developments in the energy sector.

The World Energy Council and their local organising committee began working with ADNEC in 2011 to bring the flagship event to the city, which marked its first time in the Middle East in the event’s 95-year history.

The objective was to gather energy leaders from all over the globe and to capitalise on Abu Dhabi’s position as gateway to the world to achieve exceptional attendance, particularly from government ministers and global innovators.

The welcome address was given by H.E. Eng. Suhail Al Mazrouei, UAE Minister of Energy and Industry, Younghoon David Kim, Chair, World Energy Council and H.E. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of State and Chief Executive Officer, ADNOC Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.

The large-scale exhibition alone took over 35,000sqm and showcased 257 exhibitors, including 8 country pavilions. The rest of the event was spread over ADNEC’s 11 exhibition halls, three large conference spaces, several of the venue’s 21 breakout rooms as well as the atrium and link spaces. A total of 325 speakers participated in a packed programme of 70 sessions united under the theme ‘Energy for Prosperity’.

The four-day Congress attracted 18,062 attendees from 146 countries and more than 70 international ministers

31 from 51 countries. It also brought together 788 CEOs and government ministers, 1230 global media representatives and delegations from 146 countries and had a remarkable PR reach of 37 billion people.

The event was a success and garnered excellent feedback.

Tania Baumann, Chief Operating Officer at the World Energy Council, said: “ADNEC was an ideal venue for the World Energy Congress, offering the space and flexibility for four days of content and networking for over 18,000 attendees. Light, spacious and modern, the facilities were able to accommodate a large and complex programme with a range of session sizes and formats. An additional benefit was the

outstanding transport links and wide range of hotels in the vicinity. The ADNEC team provided excellent support throughout.”

Humaid Mater Al Dhaheri, ADNEC MD and Group CEO said “It was an honour for ADNEC to be the first Middle Eastern venue to host the World Energy Congress and we were proud to host such an important global event which will leave a lasting impact on the future of the energy sector.

Nickelodeon September 2019

Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is an annual televised awards show produced

by Nickelodeon, a kids brand part of Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN). The KCA show features musical and entertainment performances and gives young fans the power to vote for their favourite artists and talent across a wide range of categories.

In addition to the KCA, Nickelodeon brought the World of Nickelodeon event to the City, which took place at ADNEC from September 19th to the 21st.

The first-ever Arabic version of the globally renowned kids event took place in Abu Dhabi on the 20th of September and the show aired across multiple countries globally.

A large-scale production, KCA required an outside broadcast area, extensive back of house build, as well as a fully functioning space for rehearsals.

The awards ceremony, a ticketed event for a live audience of just over 4,000, was filmed for broadcast over Nickelodeon networks worldwide.

The key challenge was to deliver all this within the busiest month of the year for ADNEC, the build also ran back-to-back with a full venue event.

This presented quite the logistical test, particularly as the project was only confirmed three months before the show, with the first site visit in early June and the show on September 20th.

Nickelodeon required a 5-day build for the 922sqm back of house tent alone, this housed artists lounges, hair and make-up, wardrobe and catering areas.

A 3-day build was also required for the extensive production in the ICC, frontof-house.

In order to alleviate the pressure of a very tight turnaround time, the ADNEC and ADNEC Services teams partnered with the organiser to come up with creative solutions to ensure that the spaces would be ready on time. The build was completed in time and the show went without a hitch.

Hosted by R&B star, Jason Derulo and YouTube sensation Haifa Beseisso, tickets for the awards night sold out very quickly and generated an enormous buzz both in regional and international

press and positive sentiment across popular social networks as well as across the whole region.

Customer Analytics

& Footfall Management System

ADNEC launched its Customer Analytics & Footfall Management System in September 2018. It was designed as an intelligent and cognitive platform to streamline operational efficiency, gain customer insight, predict customer behaviour, source analytics and enhance overall customer experience.

The innovation makes use of the technology in the venue, comprising the Wireless Network, Bluetooth Sensors and ADNEC Digital Management system with the addition of footfall cameras and sensors to recognise unique visitors. In addition to accurate headcount, the technology is

able to provide visitor demographics. It can also determine gender and age if so required.

The technology tracks the attendee journey to understand consumer habits and behaviour and generates a real time heat map. This displays visitor movement throughout the venue as well as which services are being used the most and how many people have gathered at specific locations. That enables the operations teams move resources to areas that need them.

The system can send real-time push notifications to visitors or help them locate specific locations or services, improving customer satisfaction.

The innovation was championed and driven by ADNEC’s IT department who saw it as an opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction almost invisibly by anticipating needs, to add extra staff at busy areas, to move furniture to busier locations and to direct visitors to less congested entrances or spaces.

Our clients are able to measure total visitor numbers but not accurate unique visitor numbers or to track and monitor behaviour and busier locations. Additionally, a number of our clients are required to target specific demographics and to accurately monitor unique visitor/delegate numbers and the Customer Analytics & Footfall Management System delivers those insights.

ADNEC aimed to add value and enhance the visitor experience by monitoring behaviour to respond to real time peaks in visitor traffic to anticipate visitor needs. The heat map dashboard is monitored by several visitor focussed departments who also receive hourly reports to help adjust

Our objectives for the roll-out of this project have been achieved. ADNEC has received excellent visitor feedback with regards to venue facilities and experience. Further, it has been able to provide organisers with accurate unique and total visitors numbers.

VALIDATION DEVICE SYSTEM

WIRELESS VIDEO SURVEILLANCES SOLUTION

Parking ticket validation devices have been distributed at key locations in offices so that authorised visitors to ADNEC can park for free.

A new wireless video surveillance system was implemented to add value to ANEC’s security operations system. The wireless system is portable and can be installed at any CCTV location for pre-planned or ad-hoc events.

E-TICKET

Special events can present a challenge to CCTV coverage when it comes to bespoke structures such as tents, exhibition stands, majlis locations and special areas and this new system provides a solution.

The system is available to rent by exhibitors and event planners if so required.

Interactive Electronic Tickets can be used for car park entry and exit. Departments can request Electronic QR codes so that they send the QR code by email to their visitor. Visitors can use their smart phone or print the email with the code and use on parking entry and exit points. From a sustainability perspective, we encourage the use of e-tickets as a best practice to reduce paper waste.

MCC APPROVALS FOR ALOFT & CAPITAL GATE CCTV SYSTEMS

CONTRACTOR PASSES & TRUCK ACCESS NEW BUSINESS PLAN

ADNEC achieved the National Security Governing authorities Standard (MCC Guideline v5.0).

The new contractor passes and & truck access plan will be operational from 1st of January 2020. Trial runs have started in the 4th Quarter of 2019. In 2019, ADNEC recorded more than 35,000 trucks and 91,000 event contractors that have accessed the venue. Chargeable Events Contractor and Vehicle Access Project is to ensure authorized access and enhance security of the venue and maintain the integrity of card distribution and collection while effectively addressing the needs of the community users for appropriate access to the venue space.

CREDIT CARD FACILITY FOR PARKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM In 2019, ADNEC’s parking management system added the facility of credit card payment on pay foot machines which allows customers to pay easily, securely and quickly with cards. Customers can simply pay with a card, eliminating time-consuming cash management.

ExCeL London - Overview In 2019, ExCeL London welcomed 4 million visitors, alongside 40,000 exhibiting companies, across 431 events (98 Exhibitions and 333 Conferences & Events). Visitors included one million international visitors, representing 25% of London’s inbound business tourists. Events held at ExCeL, as evaluated in an independent report by Grant Thornton, resulted in an economic impact of £4.5bn for London, supporting 37,600 jobs.

New events In 2019, ExCeL hosted 20 new Exhibitions and 125 new Conferences.

New exhibitions included Brand Licensing Europe (BLE), the only pan- European event dedicated to licensing, EGX, the UK’s largest gaming event, Passenger Terminal Expo, Learning Technologies, The London Bike Show and The Education Show, co-located with Bett.

BLE welcomed over 8,000 visitors (a 4% increase compared to 2018) and 268 exhibitors, whilst EGX welcomed 1,520 industry professionals, 234 influencers and 164 developers.

On the C&E side of the business, ExCeL played host to the world’s premier financial services event, Sibos. The record-breaking event attracted in excess of 11,000 visitors and 300 exhibitors, the highest ever.

Other new events included VidCon, Blue Prism World, RootsTech, a new event for Salesforce (Dreamforce To You) and the FACEIT Global Summit, marking ExCeL’s first standalone eSports event. The event saw 24 international teams compete over a six-day period, culminating in a grand final for an audience of over 3,000 and an online reach in excess of 6 million.

Looking ahead, ExCeL will welcome 24 new exhibitions in 2020, with events including Mash Media’s International Confex and Clarion Events’ Counter Terror Expo.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF FORMULA E In March 2019, ExCeL announced that it will be the new home of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship in the UK, as part of a multi-year agreement. The event will utilise a unique 2.4km circuit, through the Royal Docks, with the starting grid located inside ExCeL – a world first in motor racing. The announcement resulted in 400+ pieces of coverage, with an audience reach of 72.9 million and an EAV (Equivalent Advertising Value) of £1.9 million.

NEW WELCOME EXPERIENCE On the opening day of Sibos (September 2019), ExCeL unveiled a new arrival experience.Biotecture, the UK’s leading living wall created a sustainable, hydroponic structure, to run from Custom House Station to the entrance of the venue.

Over 9,500 plants have been interspersed with LCD screens, back lit advertising sheets, an overhanging LED digital sign, new LED lighting and audio speakers.

As part of ExCeL’s commitment to reduce environmental impact, the living wall has been designed to remove air pollutants, improve biodiversity, produce oxygen and decrease noise.

The CSP (Corporate Social Purpose) strategy focuses on four key areas: reducing waste, increasing energy efficiency, delivering more sustainable food choices and supporting our local community.

GOVERNANCE On 20 June 2019 the ownership of ADNEC was transferred from the Government of Abu Dhabi to Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC (“ADDH”) in accordance with Abu Dhabi Law No. 2 of 2018. FRAUD CONTROL ADNEC’s Fraud Control Policy is designed to assist employees and stakeholders in ensuring that they have thorough, up todate policies and procedures in place to manage the risk of fraud occurring in ADNEC. ADNEC follows a zero tolerance approach to fraud and takes immediate action against perpetrators of fraud and every employee is asked to sign an annual declaration of compliance to the policy.

CODE OF CONDUCT AND BUSINESS ETHICS ADNEC has implemented a Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, in order to safeguard business and professional ethics, which is reviewed annually. ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT ADNEC has developed an Enterprise Risk Management framework in compliance with ISO 31000 to establish an approach to identifying and managing key risks arising in the business in accordance with international best practices.

ADNEC’s Enterprise Risk Management framework includes clear, detailed definitions of risk appetite, including a risk appetite statement approved by the Board of Directors, and definitions and quantifications of risk tolerance limits in line with leading practices.

The Board of Directors fulfils the role of a Risk Committee by approving the risk approach, setting the risk appetite and tolerance levels, reviewing key risks on a quarterly basis and reviewing the Annual Risk Management report.

The Board is supported by the Audit Committee in this role.

GOVERNANCE

BUSINESS RESILIENCE Since 2012 ADNEC has operated a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned to the requirements of both National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) and the ISO 22301:2012 standard for Business Continuity Management Systems.

ADNEC’s continued efforts in this areas were recognised in 2017 with the awarding of the prestigious ADEAP Award for Risk Management and Business Continuity.

In 2018, ADNEC supplemented this with certification of its BCMS to ISO 22301:2012 – an independent assessment to give international stakeholders assurance that ADNEC has the capabilities and processes to maintain critical business activities and services in response to a business disruption.

During 2019, ADNEC’s Business Resilience function enhanced its existing information security management framework and aligned it to the ISO 27001:2015 standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISM).

This alignment to ISO standards allows ADNEC to maintain an integrated approach to operating both management systems, which consolidates common resilience objectives and improves utilisation of ADNEC’s resources.

BUSINESS RESILIENCE ELEMENTS GOVERNANCE ADNEC has appointed its Chief Financial Officer as the top management representative for its BCMS and ISMS, supported by a dedicated Business Continuity & Information Security Manager.

They liaise with ADNEC’s executive management to determine management system objectives, which drive a work plan and actions implemented with the support of their Business Resilience Champions.

Progress and issues are reported to executive management as required, with a formal Management Review conducted each year.

RISK MANAGEMENT Both BCMS and ISMS integrate with ADNEC’s Enterprise Risk Management framework in order to ensure that risks are consistently identified, owned, assessed and treated.

Risk treatment activities are coordinated across departments, actions are incorporated into the departmental work programmes and managed by Business Resilience Champions.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING ADNEC maintains Business Continuity Plans in order to be able to continue to meet its stakeholders’ needs in the event of a disruption incident. Plans are developed at the departmental and organisational level to address a range of incident scenarios.

AWARENESS AND TRAINING ADNEC recognises that a well-informed and vigilant workforce are key to maintaining a resilient business. Besides developing a team of Business Resilience Champions across the organisation, appropriate training and awareness initiatives are delivered to all ADNEC personnel in order to help them prevent, identify and report potential and actual incidents.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT, CONFORMANCE AND CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT Continual Improvement is core to a successful management system and also a resilient business. In this regard, ADNEC identifies areas of non-conformance from reported incidents, control and compliance checks and audits (internal and external).

Root causes for non-conformance are identified and resultant improvement actions are managed through the Continual Improvement Framework.

Collaborative innovation (start-ups focus) In alignment with innovation best practices, ADNEC has been working on extending its innovation focus towards collaboration with external parties such as universities, research centres and entrepreneurs. The first attempt was participating in Fikra Labs in 2018, this was followed during the same year with ADNEC’s collaboration with New York University (StartAD program). In 2019, ADNEC has been a partner of the newly launched Abu Dhabi Tourism Accelerator run by Plug & Play.

These collaborative innovation programs aim at exchanging knowledge and experiences among partners, enabling entrepreneurs - through accessing data - to come up with innovative solutions that address business challenges across the participating tourism-related organisations.

Tanfeeth – ADNEC accelerator In 2019, ADNEC celebrated the successful completion of its internal accelerator program “Tanfeeth”. Employees from across all business units participated in teams and experienced and end-to-end innovation journey – from applying frameworks, brainstorming and ideation through to business feasibility and, finally, to MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).

One key success story in ADNEC’s innovation journey, Tanfeeth program witnessed the approval of three concepts at the final presentation day by the judging committee – comprised of Executive Management including the Managing Director and Group CEO of ADNEC.

Innovation week 2019 In February of each year, the country celebrates UAE Innovation Month, which aims to strengthen the country’s position as a global innovation hub and recognise innovators across the nation. In support of Innovation Month, ADNEC’s Innovation Team organized an innovation day at the HIVE which includes several activities such strategy workshops, brainstorming sessions, gamifications and other team building activities.

International attestation In 2017, ADNEC became the first company within MICE sector in MENA Region to be awarded international attestation for Innovation Management (CEN/TS 16555-1:2013). ADNEC proudly has successfully passed the Innovation Managements audit for the third year in 2019, which reflects our commitment towards maintaining a robust innovation management framework and ensures practicing an innovative culture.

OUR APPROACH TO SUSTAINABILITY SUSTAINABILITY CHAMPIONS In order to institutionalise sustainability within ADNEC and to gradually adopt this cultural shift, ADNEC leadership represented by its executive committee created an internal sustainability committee chaired by the Group CEO to lead the efforts and ensure proper execution of internal initiatives.

Additionally, ADNEC has developed a sustainability team supported by CSR and ADNEC Green Teams.

MATERIALITY ASSESSMENT To ensure that content of this sustainability report reflects ADNEC’s most material issues, the core sustainability team conducted a materiality assessment. The assessment process involved individual assessment, quantitative assessment and group discussions.

SUSTAINABILITY MEMBERSHIPS ABU DHABI SUSTAINABILITY GROUP (ADSG) The Abu Dhabi Sustainability Group (ADSG) promotes sustainability management in Abu Dhabi by providing learning and knowledge sharing opportunities for government, private companies and not-for-profit organisations in a spirit of cooperation and open dialogue.

ADNEC formally joined ADSG in 2012, and since then we have actively participated in a number of development workshops.

In addition, ADNEC is represented in the Facilitation and Coordination Committee which reports directly to the ADSG Management.

ABU DHABI SUSTAINABILITY WEEK (ADSW) An Abu Dhabi government initiative (ADSW), is the ground-breaking global forum that unites thought leaders, policy makers and investors to address the challenges of renewable energy and sustainable development.

ADNEC as a venue and services provider is proud to work closely with Masdar (the key owner of this event) to make ADSW and its World Future Energy Summit as the largest gathering on sustainability in the Middle East and a significant forum in stimulating the international dialogue and action.

UFI SUSTAINABILITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ADNEC is a member of the UFI Sustainability Development Committee. The UFI Committee on Sustainable Development was formally established in 2008 to support UFI as it focuses on the issue of Sustainable Development in the Exhibition Industry.

ADNEC was one of six members who actively helped the UFI Sustainability Development Committee create the Sustainability Reporting Framework for the exhibition industry.

Two of our employees, Saif Al Rashidi and Abdullah Al Hammadi, were granted the opportunity to enrol in a UAE specialised Master’s degree programme at the National Defence College.

ADNEC is constantly investing in people to provide them with international certificates; hence Head of Employee Relations - Nasser Al Mhairi was sent to the internationally recognised Master’s certificate in Human Resources Management (HRM) in association with the Human Resources Authority and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). OUR PEOPLE Emiratisation We exceeded our target for Emiratisation in 2019, by achieving a rate over 72 per cent. The UAE national employees total reached 131 in December 2019 with the percentage of Emiratis in the senior leadership team reaching 87 per cent.

Employee Self Service Continued the migration of employees’ services digitally with the introduction of various self-help facilities including improvements to performance management.

HR Policy All HR policies are reviewed annually for improvements and updates.

Employee Happiness The level of Employees Happiness recorded at 80 per cent, which is well above the regional benchmark of 60 per cent. Employees are happy to work at ADNEC (86%), while more than half of the employees are extremely happy (57%). Overall Happiness Scores for “Career Growth” & “Recognition for Your Efforts” improved significantly from 2018.

Employee Engagement During 2019, ADNEC employees joined in celebrations to mark and commemorate Flag Day, UAE National Day, Commemoration Day, as well as the 8th Annual Staff Conference - Hayakum, reporting an employee satisfaction level of 94%. UAE National employees also attended the UAE National Forum, to share and exchange views.

Female Career Growth ADNEC encourages females to develop and grow in their career to senior positions in addition to leadership position; Manal Al Ali was accepted in Today’s Leader Program at Abu Dhabi School of Government. Amna Al Ghanem and Shaikha Al Shehhi participated in the Human Resources International Certificate with the CIPD, which sees them elevated to the second level of the HR professional scheme based on international standards. 50% of Emirati women were promoted in 2019.

Employee Consultation All employees have the opportunity to participate in the wider business, by joining a team or committee. Not only does this ensure that we consult employees on business decisions but this also provides employees an insight into other parts of the organisation. Joining a team or committee also provides a vehicle for personal growth, development and knowledge sharing. Teams and committees cover areas such as Emiratisation, MyIdea, social and internal events, Future Foresight and Innovation. A total of 75 employees were involved in more than ten committees during 2019.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACHIEVEMENTS Space to Perform Programme “ExCeL LONDON” Space to Perform at ExCeL London is one of ADNEC’s most strategically important training opportunities for UAE National employees. The employees spend time at our London venue gaining additional hospitality and MICE industry experience. The programme provides the opportunity for UAE Nationals to experience one of the leading venues in Europe. The programme has been successful since its inception in 2009, with 44 Nationals graduating from the programme.

IGNITE Programme Our IGNITE induction and development programme was launched in 2016 to settle all UAE National new joiners smoothly in their role with ADNEC, by covering all the relevant departments in order to gain practical experience and continuous development in their career field. In 2017, three employees successfully completed their programme, one employee was under IGNITE Programme in 2018 and 6 in 2019.

Massar Development Prgoramme Our MASSAR Programme is an international accredited Career Growth Program for Emirati fresh graduates and joiner level employees at ADNEC. It was launched in July 2017 for the first batch. In 2019, the second cohort of UAE Nationals successfully completed the programme.

Internship Programme Our Internship programme focuses on building UAE Nationals’ capabilities by providing college and university students with real-life work experience and preparing them for the business market. The number of interns who worked with ADNEC in 2019 is 9.

Companies globally are now focusing on transforming from the traditional Human Resources Model of managing resources and processes to a Human Capital Model that focuses on people development and being a Strategic Business Partner to their organisation.

In 2019, the ADNEC Board gave its full support to adopt a Human Capital Model in order to achieve the long-term strategic vision of ADNEC Group.

Consequently in 2019, ADNEC introduced career development initiatives to enable employees to explore their career path and to grow and achieve their career goals within a structured framework. Enablers include Personal Development Plans, programs for junior and senior levels including IGNITE, BIDAYA and Leadership and international certified programs. All are designed to not only equip employees with the required competencies for their current role but future positions.

Consistent with the transition to a Human Capital model, the HC team underwent a program of development to support their new roles as business partners better serving all parts of ADNEC and adopting improved approaches and internationally recognised people practices.

SALARY COMPOSITION ADNEC administer a fair and consistent salary administration policy for all employees. This policy ensures objective, market-based salary decisions are taken that meet the changing needs of ADNEC.

HOUSING ALLOWANCE All full time ADNEC employees are entitled to a housing allowance if they are residents of the emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The amount of allowance is linked to the employee grade and is specified in the employment offer and contract.

Employees are entitled to apply for a rent advance extended for up to six months, which will be deducted from the employee’s salary in equal monthly instalments over six months.

OTHER ALLOWANCES

All permanent employees receive a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) and transport allowance. These allowances are paid monthly along with the employee’s monthly salary. The level of the allowance is defined by the employee’s job grade, while temporary employees receive a total salary (fixed amount) for their services and as per the agreement or the signed contract.

NATIONAL SERVICE ALLOWANCE All UAE National Employees are entitled to receive the National Service Allowance. The amount is fixed for employees above grade 4b and if it is specified in their contract of employment. It is paid having satisfactorily completed the probationary period.

CHILD EDUCATION ALLOWANCE ADNEC pays eligible employees an allowance to support the education of sponsored children. The allowance is paid to support children who are studying in the UAE and are no older than 18 years of age at the start of the academic year. Every permanent employee is eligible for this allowance (national or expatriate).

ANNUAL HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE It is important that all employees maintain the appropriate work-life balance and therefore we encourage all employees to take time away from the business. The Annual Holiday Allowance is a cash allowance that assists the employee and their sponsored family members with the costs involved in travelling.

All UAE National employees are entitled to one monthâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s basic salary every year. The entitlement for Expatriate employees and their sponsored dependants is specified according to their grade and is defined in their contract of employment. The cash allowance is based on pre-defined airfare agency rates. These rates are revised on an annual basis and communicated accordingly.

The allowance is paid once the employee has satisfactorily completed their probation period. For employees joining ADNEC during the year, it is paid on a pro-rata basis according to the number of completed months service.

UAE NATIONAL ALLOWANCES All UAE National employees are entitled to receive the Social Allowance and Child Allowance each month. These allowances are fixed amounts for all UAE National employees and are paid along with an employeeâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s monthly salary.

MEDICAL INSURANCE Providing a good standard of healthcare is important to ensure the ongoing wellbeing of employees and dependents.

ADNEC provides all expatriate employees and their sponsored dependents with a medical insurance plan. This is supplemented with various health awareness workshops covering topics such as diabetes, mental health, breast cancer to name a few.

LONG SERVICE AWARDS All employees who have served the organisation for over five years are eligible to receive a long service award, provided, there has been no disciplinary action against the employee during this time. Employees are recognised on the completion of five years of service and every five years post the completion of the initial five-year period.

SUPPORTING WORKING PARENTS All married female employees who have successfully completed their probation period qualify for maternity leave.

Since 2018, female employees have benefitted from a total of 90 days maternity leave.

Female employees with one yearâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s service or more are entitled to 75 calendar days maternity leave with full pay followed by 15 days child custody leave with full pay at any time up until the child is one year old. Post-delivery, female employees are entitled to two and a half hour nursing breaks each day for 18 months. All married male employees who have successfully completed their probation period qualify for paternity leave.

The paternity leave period is three working days. This is to be taken within the first four weeks from the date of birth of the child. Salary and benefit accruals continue during the approved paternity leave period.

A key category of our stakeholders are our various direct customers including organisers, exhibitors, and visitors, as all interact heavily with our venues and premises and experience our services.

In continuation to its continuous improvement efforts and belief in the importance of customers, ADNEC dedicated specific mechanisms and tools for measuring the customer satisfaction and analysing their feedback through Customer Voice surveys.

RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION In order to capture our customers’ opinion about ADNEC, which is indirectly related to our promises and communications, ADNEC conducts surveys through specialised external market research company. These surveys are based on face-to-face interviews, allowing for more details and opportunity for more useful dialogue. 'STOP AND DONATE' RECYCLING AND DONATION CAMPAIGN ADNEC aims to drive a wider agenda of embedding an environmental culture with its employees and well as the community.

The ‘Stop and Donate’ campaign encourages the local community to drop off their unwanted items for donation to the Red Crescent or for recycling. Collection points were set up at ADNEC and AACC. We received a record number of donations from the community in 2019, due to a marketing campaign targeting the local community.

COMMUNITY COMMUNITY SUPPORT

SHEIKH ZAYED GRAND MOSQUE VOLUNTEERING In line with ADNEC initiatives for the Year of Tolerance, and to provide opportunities for all ADNEC employees to take part in volunteering work during the month of Ramadan; ADNEC in collaboration with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, provided a volunteer opportunity for ADNEC staff to work in Ramadan tents at the mosque.

In 2019, 54 employees volunteered compared to 28 volunteers in 2018. The employees were given one day each week to participate in organising and coordinating Iftar gatherings in Ramadan from 5pm until Maghreb prayer time.

FOOD PARCEL DISTRIBUTION ADNEC in cooperation with Capital Hospitality, distributed 10,000 Iftar meals at the labour camps during the Month of Ramadan. 111 volunteers participated from all departments.

BLOOD DONATION In 2019, both the AACC and ADNEC teams continued their CSR initiatives in alignment with the Year of Tolerance core values. They launched a Blood Donation campaign under the slogan: “You Don’t Have to Be a Doctor to Save Lives, Just Donate Blood.” Under this initiative, a total of 74 units of blood were collected.

ENVIRONMENT ADNEC’s is committed to sustainability initiatives that not only make an impact to the business itself but also to the wider community. 2019 highlights include the annual ‘Sustainability Week’ where the Green Team invited ADNEC staff and ADNEC tenants to attend a series of events designed to embed and inspire sustainable thinking.

Talks were held at both ADNEC and AACC and included a Green Team progress update on sustainability initiatives for the year as well as plans going forward.

The ‘Stop and Donate’ campaign encourages the local community to drop off their unwanted items for donation to the Red Crescent or for recycling, an impressive 2504kg of items were collected in 2019 as compared to 307kg in 2014.

In order to maximise engagement and participation the campaign was promoted on our social media platforms, local publications such as, Abu Dhabi Week and What’s on magazine, as well as emails to our tenants and community.

New initiatives this year saw ADNEC invest in ‘Avid-Bot’, an autonomous robot cleaner which uses less water than manual cleaning and uses advanced technology to guide itself around the venue to where it is needed. ADNEC has also supported up-and-coming green entrepreneurs by installing ‘smart bins’ around the venue.

This initiative supports the Start AD programme at NYU and invests in the future.

ROBOTIC SCRUBBER DRYER With our vision of innovation and customer service, the Smart Avidbot Neo has been a great addition to our cleaning team and we will continue to broaden the use of robotics in our cleaning program. The Robot Scrubber Dryer product has many unique features which points towards sustainability.

SMART BINS ADNEC after supported the launch of four smart bins for waste recycling, created from a prototype developed by Cycled, a technology start-up incubated with startAD at NYUAD during the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show (ADIBS) 2019 at the ADNEC Marina, with the aim of measuring the popularity of this environmental innovation among the show visitors.

The smart bins help event organisers improve visitor engagement while reducing waste management costs. As soon as some waste (mainly metal, plastic or glass) is disposed into the Cycled Smart Bin, information regarding the weight of the material, along with the amount of carbon emission saved by using this smart bin, will be displayed on the person’s smart device.

SUSTAINABILITY WEEK ADNEC organised Sustainability Week, the programme featured external speakers, for example Emirates Zoo presented a session on endangered animals and a company that specialises in urban farming spoke on how to integrate indoor farming into homes. The UAE Space Agency also sent a speaker to elaborate on their mission to plant a date palm in space.

MATERIALS The company prioritises the use of natural resources as efficiently as possible and aims to establish a material consumption reporting process, which for the time being is not available. It must be noted that at the moment we do not use any input materials that are recycled except for papers used for printing brochures and ADNEC’s stationery.

ENVIRONMENT RECYCLING - EVENTS RELATED ADNEC is partnering with DULSCO, one of our key service providers specialised in international environmental solutions and waste management to launch eight recycling reverse vending machines (RVM) onsite at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

GREEN BUSINESS NETWORK (EAD) Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) has implemented an initiative under the name of “Green Business Network” targeting governments and businesses to empower them to become environmentally sustainable and to help them facilitate change to more sustainable practices for organisations.

WASTE MANAGEMENT Waste Management in ADNEC is also managed by DULSCO. Waste Management machines operate 24 hours to ensure a safe and secure collection, segregation and storing of waste at the venue. In 2019, ADNEC recycling target was 50 per cent, and it was achieved by recycling 42 per cent of the total waste. ADNEC total waste generated is 1769.2 tons in which 748.54 tons were recycled.

ADNEC recycled 102.32 tons of paper and cardboard, which saved 1739 trees, 716240 gallons of water and saved 409,280 kwh of energy. Also, recycling paper and cardboard helped in CO2 savings by 150 tons.

BIO DIESEL PRODUCTION A Bio Diesel machine is used to convert the used oil into diesel which is used to operate 30 per cent of ADNEC machines. In 2019, the bio diesel machine produced 2500 Liters of Bio-Diesel.

ENVIRONMENT ENERGY In 2012, ADNEC undertook a study to identify ways to make ADNEC’s energy use more efficient and in doing so reduce the company’s carbon footprint and negative environmental impact. The study reviewed the lighting use through Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre’s 12 exhibition halls.

It specifically included reviewing the current light fittings, the weight implications on the ceiling for changing to LED lights and the life cycle of the old versus new LED lights.

SOLAR PV SYSTEM (PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM) In alignment to its efforts of adopting environmental sustainability practices, ADNEC has been investing in developing an infrastructure that uses elements of solar power as a source of energy.

In collaboration with Masdar City and as part of one of their initiatives, we installed solar panels on top of our key parking areas to be used as a power source for elevators.

This project covers 1,000 square meters on Car Park B. We continuously measure the yield generated by the ADNEC Solar PV system and regularly inspect its performance.

WATER CONSUMPTION Water consumption is one of the key areas in environmental sustainability where we need to keep monitoring. The table below summarises our consumption of water across ADNEC. As we are an events venue, our total number of water consumptions changes and fluctuates as per the venue’s calendar of events which changes from year-to-year and from quarter to another.

Water saving mechanisms were initiated with Aerator/flow regulators in the last quarter of 2019 for all washbasins, kitchen taps and toilet trigger sprays at ADNEC. Approximately 1400 cubic metres of water was reduced around the venue and we are expecting significant water saving in following months to come.

CHILLED WATER Chilled water is where water is pumped through an air handler, which captures the heat from the air, then disperses the air throughout the area to be cooled.

HEALTH AND SAFETY OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY APPROACH ADNEC has a dedicated Health and Safety team responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining ADNEC’s safety management system with the objective of improving the company’s health and safety performance and raising HS awareness and compliance in all our operations.

It is the duty of ADNEC employees, business partners, contractors and service providers to comply with the safety measures required by UAE and International law, and those established by ADNEC. ADNEC’s corporate compliance includes:

ADNEC has established a Safety Management System (SMS) which includes HS committee, policies and procedures.

For the events and exhibitions section, which makes up the core business function of ADNEC and has developed H&S rules and regulations which include the following for the guidance and support of all our stakeholders.

w ADNEC Health and Safety Rules and Regulations / Organisers Handbook w Regulatory codes of practices to guide and assist the Organisers on key health and safety aspects of the business.

It must be noted that every Department in ADNEC including Capital Hospitality and ADNEC Services have a representative in HS Committee.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SMS) ADNEC’s SMS has been approved and accredited by the OSHAD (Occupational Safety and Health Abu Dhabi) Centre.

This initiative was developed to regulate and maintain an occupational health and safety culture in the exhibition and event sector both at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

In addition to complying with legal UAE requirements, a positive health and safety culture within the exhibition and event sector in Abu Dhabi enables ADNEC to manage and control risks sensibly, minimise accidents and ill health and reduce related costs to our businesses.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PLANS (CONTRACTORS) A segment of our suppliers (service providers, contractors and subcontractors) are evaluated and selected by ADNEC on the basis of their capability to establish and implement a satisfactory safety system as well as their safety record.

During tendering, they have to submit a safety plan and to be fully responsible for the occupational health and safety of their works, including the subcontractorsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; safety. They have to implement a safety plan, review it at least once a year, and keep appropriate records of their own safety inspections and audits.

Health and Safety also reviews and check contractors working during events. This includes auditing and inspecting the stands for their structural stability and safety. The number of structures inspected in 2019 was 1,549.

HEALTH AND SAFETY HEALTH AND SAFETY (CUSTOMERS) ADNEC has adopted best practices to ensure the health, safety and welfare of its visitors, organisers and exhibitors through:
