Mondays and Wednesdays: Aquafit Water Aerobics with Natalie Becker Tuesdays: “Advanced” and “Seated Stretch & Strength” with Rebecca Round

These classes use resistance bands to strengthen the upper and lower body, and a short cardio section that will increase heart rate for cardiovascular health.

Wednesdays: Exercise Equipment Orientations

Fridays: “Advanced” and “Regular Balance & Cardio” with Rebecca Round

This class is designed to work on balance and increase heart rate through low intensity movements. In the “Advanced” class, all movements will be performed standing. Saturdays: Fitness Dancing with Angela Swan

This class dances to popular songs while elevating heart rate, and then cools down with breathing techniques, brain hemisphere integration, and meditation.

INSTRUCTOR BIOS:

REBECCA "BECKY" ROUND

Becky Round attended Eastern Michigan University, earning a Bachelor's of Education and a Bachelor's in Nutrition. She practiced as a clinical dietitian for five years before becoming an ACE certified personal trainer. Round lives in Saline and is an avid participant in outdoor sports including road biking, mountain biking, hiking, cross country, and skiing. One of her greatest accomplishments was riding a bike across the south island of New Zealand. Another goal is to visit all 50 US states. She only has 20 more to go! One of her favorite things about teaching at All Seasons is the enthusiasm of the participants: “They are a joy to instruct and teaching there is the highlight of my week!”

NATALIE BECKER Natalie Becker has been working as a fitness professional since 2005. As a Fitness Specialist, she performed Fitness Assessments and prescribes exercise programs to individuals pre- and post- therapy to integrate them back into a fitness routine. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University. Her certifications include The American College of Sports Medicine, Health Fitness Specialist (ACSM-HFS), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Exercise Instructor, Senior Fitness Specialist Certificate and Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor. She also holds a certification in CPR/First Aid and AED through the American Red Cross.
