2026 Fasting Guidlines

Page 1

Greetings Zion, In anticipation of this year’s ELEVATION, I’m excited to partner with you during this spiritual time of consecration. This fast has been declared a time to seek God and pray for wisdom as we embark upon a new year. During your prayer time, seek God on behalf of the ministry for His divine guidance for 2026. My heart’s desire is for all of us to use this time to draw closer to the Father and become increasingly sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. I pray we are unified and aligned to the will of God and yield to how He wants to use us to impact our local community and beyond our borders. I encourage you to refrain from making the focal point about FOOD. Instead, focus on your faith walk and drawing closer to God. If you make a mistake, dust yourself off and finish strong. If you have a medical condition, always follow your doctor’s orders. You can still choose optional methods to participate. Posture your heart toward pleasing God; he will grace you to succeed. As a result, you will have a clearer mind, a healthier body, and a strengthened spirit. Peace and Blessings, Pastor Christie Conyers FOODS YOU CAN EAT: •
