A modern minimalist house with an area of 5 x 12 is a young house, so this house has a complex room function with a neat and simple layout. Not only as a residential house, but this house also serves as a kiosk on the 1st floor with an area of 5 x 6. Rooms on the 1st floor are a kiosk, living room, mushola, kitchen and dining room, bathroom. While the 2nd-floor room is bedroom 1, living room, mini bar, master bedroom with bed, desk for work, WIC, and private bathroom, and has a balcony. The main design concept of this house is to have a mezzanine and use the roster for optimal air circulation and lighting on the 1st floor. The use of sliding doors and sliding windows is a strategy to save space. Wide sliding doors in the master bedroom serve to unite or separate the bedroom with the balcony, optimize lighting, and can see mountain views. The selection of wood, roster and concrete materials with a blend of brown, gray, and white colors causes this house to look simple (monochrome atmosphere).

EXOS SYSTEM Strategy Exos toilet 1st floor, using pipes up that are covered with wood and become part of the television shelf cabinet in the family room 2nd floor. This strategy was chosen because behind this house there are other buildings.
Half of the building area on the 1st-floor plan is used as a shop, while the other half is used as a house with an area of 30m². With a size of 5 x 6, there is a living room, prayer room, toilet, kitchen, and mini bar, as well as stairs access to the 2nd floor.

The design concept of the 2nd floor is modern minimalist which is comfortable as a private space for Mr. Tejo and his family, where there is only a function of space, namely, bedroom, family room, mini bar, balcony, and private bathroom for the master bedroom. There are 2 alternative designs on the 2nd-floor plan with differences in the concept room of the family room which can be a separator or liaison between the main bedroom and the other bedrooms.
Alternative 1 Alternative 1 in the family room there is a partition in the west that closes the master bedroom. The advantages of the alternative 1 plan include maintaining the privacy of the main bedroom and room 1. With the lack of more wasteful partition material and the main bedroom cannot directly access the mini bar on the 2nd floor.
Alternative 2 Alternative 2 plan design is the opposite of alternative 1 design, namely, the living room and the minibar on the 2nd floor has the function of connecting the main bedroom with bedroom 1, so that the room feels more spacious and spacious and saves partition material. YD RESIDENCE A MIX OF MODERN AND TRADITIONAL TROPICAL Client Site Area Building Area Year of Development Location

This house is located in Lampung and is located in an environment where there are still many traditional limasan houses. The owner of the house Mr. Yudi wanted a tropical house design that combines a modern minimalist style with a traditional limasan style. There are 3 things that must be considered to maintain a tropical house in the traditional limasan style, namely, large-dimensional pillars on the terrace, ventilation above the doors and windows, and a high pyramid roof so that it can be seen from the front of the house. While the fence design, large windows, interior arrangement, material selection, and monochrome colors (brown, white, and gray) are used to create a modern minimalist style. The program for the 1st-floor space is the living room, dining room, prayer room, family room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, garage, child's bedroom 1, child's bedroom 2, and garage. While the program for the 2nd-floor space is a multifunction room, garden balcony, 3 children's bedrooms, large family room, master bedroom, balcony, and rooftop.

This classic-style luxury house has a building area of 561 sqm. This house is not very spacious, but the classic details displayed can give the impression of luxury with different heights between floors. The height of the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is 5.59 m where the 1st floor is the main entrance of this house. That way the window (opening) on the first floor also has a large size (height) and gives a magnificent impression. The symmetrical facade and ornaments used in the design of this house increasingly give the impression of luxury. The ornaments used are also not too complicated so that this house does not look crowded or crowded. With a building composition that is not too big and an uncomplicated classic house ornament, making the composition the right one. The design of the house using a curved staircase inside, an interior with a classic style, as well as a family room and dining room with garden views also add to the luxury of this house.

This modern-style luxury house is a halfway house for its owner because it is only used when the homeowner is working or has other interests in Jakarta. Another feature of this house is the ground floor and 3rd floor which are used to store car collections. In this house, there is a car showroom, beauty salon, service room, swimming pool, family room, workroom, and 4 bedrooms including the master bedroom. Judging from the space program, this house prioritizes comfort and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere (can enjoy a collection of cars) to work. Many glass materials have been chosen, mezzanines and voids are located from the ground floor to the 3rd floor which will give the impression of relief, comfortable ventilation, and a broad view. This strategy is very suitable so that when working will be more optimal while relaxing will be more comfortable. The challenge in this design is to design the front facade where there is a car lift that looks passive and heavy on the front facade. Then the pattern is made into 3 grids horizontally so that it doesn't look passive from the bottom up.

Bayanan Hot Springs located in a beautiful forest environment, fresh air, is the right combination to develop sulfur bathing tourism which has properties to cure skin diseases and increase body vitality. In addition to the benefits of sulfur water. Bayanan Hot Springs has a historical story that has become one of the tourist attractions. The location is in Jambeyan Village, Sambirejo District, Sragen Regency, Central Java. PROBLEMS TOURISM PROBLEM Ÿ A negative image (prostitution) at the Bayanan Hot Springs causes a decline in the image of tourism and the number of tourists. ARCHITECTURAL PROBLEMS Ÿ Sequence processing cannot translate historical narratives to create the atmosphere of the historical character of the Bayanan PAP. Ÿ Sequence processing cannot translate landscapes and access (circulation) on contoured land is not safe for tourists. Ÿ Building performance that is not optimal and comfortable to respond to hot water sources.
