Rumania o 6 – 12 March 2016 (7 days) o Topic: What weakens democracy? o They will send their report (1st intermediate evaluation) to other countries

Greece o 17-24 April 2016 (8 days). o There is a multiplayer event: e-dictionary for democracy - Italy o Not confirmed yet: 16 – 22 October 2016. o There is an intellectual output: online course - Germany o Not confirmed yet: early February 2017 - Turkey o Not confirmed yet: late April 2017 2. Iceland o Berta says it is quite complicated to fill in the expenses related to the different mobilities Greece o Stavroula says their expenses list will be ready on June 2016 o They say that the mobility tool doesn’t work properly.

France o Benedict says that their National Agency has assured them that they are doing a great effort and that the first report has been very satisfying.

Rumania o Proposes that France should send their report to the other countries in order to help them.

Greece o Stavroula insists on the quality of the outputs o They have been said not to send anything yet Spain a. Amparo says that the Spanish National Agency proposes to describe priorities competencies

What to bring: Topic: What weakens democracy?

Bring a Poster + Presentation 1. Romania team will send the requirements before the mobility The different countries which attend to Romania have to print the poster. The technical specifications will be sent shortly to the different countries Exposition of the political party (5 – 10 min) A competition will be held: Best presentation Best poster They propose the use of a program called CANVA which allows students to create a poster very easily.

Romania to send an email for the countries to send the poster or ask any questions related to technical details of the posters The technical information about the posters should include size, quality, dpi, ... b. Romania asks to confirm as soon as possible the number of students (around 4 per country) and the teachers c. Romania recommends to the different countries to take a flight to Sibilu, as it is easier to get to the school from that airport.

Greece Vocabulary / dictionary - It will include videos or photos -Relevant personalities related to the democracy of each country. Talk about men and women which have influenced the democracy of a country even though they are not famous -A link to the video of each country has to be sent

-This output has to been finished by the end of the Erasmus Ka2 project -All the different countries must participate

Day 2 – Tuesday, 3rd November 2015 5- Cheking productions of the last meetings and publications on the web - Spain Amparo proposes that every country must held the different outputs or documents which have been done in that country. Everything has to be copied at the host school when the mobility takes place.The other countries agree on it

6- Collecting outcomes of each meeting Host country during the visit or via email Amparo also suggests that the different countries should send to Adil or Amparo the outputs from the Bulgarian mobility. The other countries agree on it

7- General Documents to upload to the website: minutes, agenda for meetings, invitation, assessment questionnaire…

Amparo and Adil offer to help other countries to post documents on internet, as the National Agencies need prove of what has been done at each mobility

Day 3 – Friday, 06th november 2015. 09:00h Short Evaluation of the Meeting in Manises Teachers said that: School In positive : the school is extremely pleasant, peaceful, friendly… and everybody were involved in the project In negative: lack of the internet acces /wifi Activities In positive: very interesting activities like the etwinning workshop, Young parliament

In negative: we need big romos, need more tablets although it was an excellent idea but many people, too noisy Proposts 1. Give opinions in forums in the twinspace and make conclusions in Romania meeting 2. Report about the e-book to Greece meeting??
