AD International groups 25 national distribution organisations, the ADI Partners, each one directed from a central purchase and marketing office, operating a national central warehouse.

Each ADI Partner covers 1 or more countries, adding up to a total of 40 countries, located in Europe, Central Asia and the North of Africa.

In their territories the ADI Partners operate a network of wholesale outlets, either owned or independant, the AD Distributors. In total: 600.

The 600 national AD Distributors have on average 4 to 5 outlets, weaving a network of more than 3000 outlets in Europe, Central Asia and the North of Africa.

AD distributors support their star customers a.o. by offering them membership of one of the group’s networks for passenger car repair, crash repair or heavy duty. More than 10 000 repairers operate in an AD powered network.

In 2016 the AD wholesale distributors sold € 6.5 Billion worth of parts, products, tools and equipment to their professional customers.

Network From its historic base in Western and Eastern Europe and since its founding in 1970 ADI has been expanding and consolidating its network in Europe as well as on other continents such as Africa, Central Asia and the Caucasus.

Proximity is key in ADI’s and its Partners’ business approach: 600 automotive wholesale distributors locally stock and deliver all mechanical, technical and electronic components in their OE brands. Their 3000 outlets ensure regular and timely deliveries to all professional automotive repairers.

With 5 000 members, AD Garage is the largest European network of independant repairers. It is powered and supported by the AD Distributors.
