Une petite exploitation familiale dirigée aujourd’hui par Jean Pascal, un technicien de grande classe, passionné de la vigne et qui la travaille dans une optique biologique et même biodynamique.

Le champagne est pur, minéral, aux arômes délicats de fruits blancs, la bouche est magnifique, la bulle est fine et sensuelle, la finalité est longue et fraîche.

Parmi les maisons les plus prestigieuses, Charles Heidsieck est l’une des maisons de Champagne la plus titrée par la profession.

C’est un vin de précision et de gastronome.

Une effervescence racée, fine et élégante, la bouche est complexe et gourmande, des notes briochées légèrement torréfiés viennent vous séduire. Beaucoup de profondeur, la finale est persistante.

Majoritairement basé à plus de 65% de pinot noir, Ce champagne se déguste souvent à l’apéritif ou sur des crustacés et coquillages.

Non dosé (pas de sucre), les arômes d’agrumes sont éclatants, petite note de citrons confits et zeste d’orange, la bouche est complexe légèrement vineuse.

On retrouve une très belle minéralité, légèrement toastée, la finale est droite et persistante sur la pomme.

Un vrai coup de cœur cette année pour ce champagne généreux souple et parfaitement équilibré. Issu seulement des meilleurs crus de Chardonnay, ce vin d’une belle robe jaune claire est envoûtant.

Le nez est raffiné avec notes de fleurs blanches et d’aubépine, suivi d’arômes d’agrumes très harmonieux. Ronde et subtile, la bouche est pure et rafraîchissante.

Facile à accorder avec du saumon fumé ou la cuisine japonaise.

Situé à Cuers, Ikon blanc est un vin frais élégant et finement boisé, c’est la parfaite illustration d’une sélection rigoureuse des meilleurs raisins et d’un élevage sophistiqué. Les notes de fruits exotiques mûrs et de pêche blanche vous donnent très envie, la bouche est souple et élégante et le bois est bien maîtrisé.

Ce Vacqueyras blanc très rare est issu d’un seul hectare de vigne. L’assemblage des cépages Grenache, Roussanne et Bourboulenc est original.

La robe est d’un beau jaune pâle, limpide et brillant. Le nez est suave, les fleurs blanches mélangées avec du miel sont surprenantes, on retrouve un petit côté fruits confiturés.

La bouche est agréablement fraîche, saline et minérale.

Une production très confidentielle pour ce château réputé sur l’appellation Margaux, Dominante de sauvignon, à la foi élégant et raffiné ce vin qui rend hommage à l’art de la musique, est de haut standing.

L’élevage en barrique est précis, le nez est aromatique, la bouche est droite et minérale.

Ce jeune vigneron qui reprend l’exploitation familiale avec beaucoup de talent, se fait déjà remarquer dans le circuit de la haute restauration. Les vins rouges sont merveilleux et plein de fruits.

Celui-ci situé est sur une belle parcelle qui donne des vins mûrs et juteux, la couleur est profonde les tanins sont fins.

Le Cabernet Franc s’exprime totalement.

Avec de jolis reliefs, la finale est longue et soyeuse. Ce SaumurChampigny est un délice.

Considéré comme le fleuron de l’appellation Luberon ce domaine est situé à Puget-sur-Durance. On ne refait plus sa réputation, les vins rouges sont de qualité, l’assemblage de Syrah et de Grenache est excellemment bien maîtrisé. La robe est rubis profonde avec des reflets pourpres violacés, le nez est explosif de fruits noirs comme la mûre et le cassis, accompagné de notes épicées. La bouche est dense, le fruit est croquant et les tanins sont fins. Vins de chair opulente mais très agréable avec une finale fraîche et digeste.

Non loin de Perpignan, en plein cœur des Côtes du Roussillon, la famille Galets s’y est installée. Le terroir est impressionnant, que des schistes noirs, la vinification est conduite en bio. Ce vin délicat est profond fait sensation. Dominé par des vieilles vignes de Carignan, le vin est profond, le nez aux senteurs de garrigue, accompagné de fruits mûrs rouges, est agréable. En bouche l’attaque est franche le fruit est présent et la finale plaisante, tout est harmonieux, les tanins sont fondus. C’est un réel plaisir.

Not far from Perpignan, in the heart of Côtes du Roussillon, the family Galets moved there. The terroir is impressive with mostly black schist and winemaking is organically conducted. This delicate and deep wine is causing a sensation. Dominated by old Carignan vines, the wine is deep, the nose with scents of scrubland accompanied by ripe red fruit is nice. In the mouth the attack is frank, the fruit is present and the finish pleasant, everything is harmonious and the tannins are melted. It is a real pleasure.

Ce n’est qu’en 1999, que Jean-Paul Luc et son épouse Minna, après avoir donné à leurs terres viticoles familiales un nouveau départ, qu’ils récolteront et vinifieront leur premier millésime. Leur philosophie du vin “plus que naturel” a très vite payé par une singularité et une exigence apportées à la vigne, au grain, à la récolte. Les grandes tables de la région ont vite adopté leurs vins bio. Un joli coup de cœur pour ce rouge 2009 qui atteindra son apogée dans 10-15 ans !
