Home Office guidelines require that we obtain your legal right to work and proof of address documents

Below are some examples of acceptable documents for your RTW. When requested, please provide to us as soon as you can

Passport Any Valid UK or EU Passport

Biometric Residence Permit

UK issued biometric permit showing right to work in the UK

Birth certificateissued within 12 months of birth alongside proof of National Insurance*

Adoption certificate alongside proof of National Insurance*

Please note if your legal name is different from any of the documents provided you may be asked to provide further documentation such as a marriage certificate or change of name deed to evidence this.
