You have told us that you want and expect digital, mobile first solutions.
Introducing Planbition Planbition is an app-based shift scheduling tool (also accessible via desktop if you do not have a smartphone) that will give you: Better access to available shifts Online holiday requests
24/7 visibility of upcoming shift schedule
Installing the App 1
Search for and Download the Planbition ESS app from your phones’ app store (IOS, Android, Windows),

Launch the App

When you first log on you will need to click Password reset

A window will pop up. Type in the below
Organisation : adeccouk E-mail : Leave Blank New password : Select a new personal password

You will then receive an email containing an activation link

Follow the activation link from the email and enter your credentials as below Organisation : adeccouk Username: Please use the username sent to you in the activation email and NOT your email address.* Password :Your new personal password
*If your phone asks you to allow Planbition to access your location please accept as this will allow the team to send you notifications of new shifts
Push Notifications Planbition will utilise Push Notifications on your smart phone to alert you to new shifts. It is therefore important that these are activated in order for you to receive these messages in real-time. If you did not receive a request to allow Planbition ESS to allow access to your location please take time to check that the below settings are active in your device
Settings | Notifications | Click on the Planbition ESS App Icon | | Click the Toggle Switch to allow notifications so that this is Green
Settings | Notifications | Click on the Planbition ESS App Icon (If you are unable to see this toggle to “All Apps”) | | Click the Toggle Switch next to the App to allow notifications to the “On” position
Shift Publication Self Scheduling Shift Publication You will start to receive push notifications to your phone, detailing any open shifts that are available outside of your usual fixed shifts.
Accepting Pending Shifts Once you have accepted a shift you will have 30 mins to change your mind and cancel the accepted shift in the system. If you are unable to attend a confirmed shift after this time please contact your Adecco Onsite team who will be able to assist
From your dashboard click “Shift Pending Confirmation�
Click the button on the shift that you want to accept
Requesting Holiday You now have the capability of requesting Annual Leave through the App Please note that this does not mean that your holiday is automatically approved, an approval process will start when you submit your request either with the Client or the Adecco Onsite Team You will receive notification through the App to let you know if your holiday has been approved / rejected.
Enter the start & end date of your request and click “submit”
From your requests menu (accessed through the dashboard) click the + button
You will only allowed to book holiday from 7 days into the future – if you have any emergency holiday that you wish to book within a week please contact your Adecco team onsite
Viewing your Future Schedule You will now be able to see all booked shifts for either a Month / Week or Day period of time in the App. You can toggle through how you would like to look at your calendar at the top of the page
From your main menu click “Calendar�
