General Information

Herd Health All the bulls selling in the Quandt Brothers Annual Bull Sale have received vaccination against the major respiratory, clostridial and reproductive diseases. They have all been fully vaccinated for IBR, BRSV, BVD Types 1 & 2, PI3 and Histophilus as well as Mannheimia/Pastuerella. The bulls have been treated for internal and external parasites using approved topical and systemic products. The herd these bulls originate from has voluntarily tested all breeding animals, including new additions and sires for Johne’s disease for 10 years.

Sale Terms & Conditions All cattle will sell under terms and conditions adopted by the American Simmental Association. Each animal becomes property and therefore is also at the risk of the purchaser after sold. We guarantee all bulls are healthy on sale day. For animals not going home sale day, we suggest insuring. We will feed the bulls until April 1st free of charge. After April 1st, if the buyer can’t receive the animal, we will charge a perday feed charge. We guarantee all bulls to be breeders and we reserve the right to test any bull in question as a non-breeder for a reasonable amount of time before making an adjustment. If the bull is declared a sound breeder by a veterinarian, he will be returned to buyer. In case adjustment is required, it will be made with a replacement of equal value to the animal in question, credit on purchase of another animal, or return of purchase price. Quandt Brothers is not responsible for accidents.

Semen Interest Quandt Brothers are selling all bulls in their entirety. Full possession, and 100% semen interest in all bulls will be sold. Quandt Brothers does reserve the right to in-herd use semen on any bull in the sale, at the cost of collection. Should the need arise for us to collect semen on a bull in your possession, it would be done at our expense and your convenience.

Rust Miss 452B raised QB Blueprint, a successful herd sire at the Begger Diamond V Ranch as well as VJT Driftwood, another herd builder doing work for the Hanson Simmental Ranch among many other notable herd bulls to pass through our sale.
