Robert Collins Award Recipient We would like to congratulate Jutta Miska on being named the 2015 Robert Collins Award recipient. Jutta spent many tireless years as the co-director of the Addison Central Teens. She recently retired from the position to open Buy Again Alley, a resale shop focused on teen and young adult apparel. Jutta recently shared Buy Again Alley’s mission with us and it is as follows: Our Mission: • Buy Again Alley offers fashionable and affordable clothing to a diverse group of teens and young adults as well as fosters recycling awareness amongst young people who can consign their gentle used items at the store. • Breaking down social/economic barriers (stereotyping) by encouraging the purchase of second hand clothing as a cool practice within the teen and young adult community. • Empowering young people to take on leadership roles and provide meaningful learning opportunities to develop life skills essential to personal and employment activity. • Create an opportunity for teen/young adult employment. • Provide scholarships to support (especially) young women who want to learn a trade. Congratulations Jutta and thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for our community, we are lucky to have you! Buy Again Alley- 1 Frog Hollow Alley, Middlebury.
