Why heart is so precious?

• Like every other body organs our heart also needs food and oxygen. It gets its supply through 3 arteries which are not independent of each other. Any blockage in any of them leads to heart attack.

• When heart’s arteries get blocked, we are at very high risk of an heart attack.

• These blockage can happen anywhere in the body. If blockage happens in kidneys, they can be recovered by taking timely corrective measures.

How to have a healthy heart?

3. Exercise: We must keep ourselves physically active.

4. Avoid alcohol: Limit the alcohol intake.
