MINISTER, MT. CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH
A phenomenal woman indeed, as her mission is to assist others regardless of race, colour or creed to find their pathway through the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ At the age of 11 years old, Patricia accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior, under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. W. G. McPhee, who never failed to preach the gospel. A Bahamian, born to the late John and Mary Laramore was raised to “Fear God” to put God first and to be satisfied with what He provided.
Patricia owes her success to her mother, who sacrificed everything to raise her children in the fear of God. Growing up in Bain Town, Patricia was faced with many social ills (thief, drugs and alcohol, truancy and teen-aged pregnancy) but she remained focused and made positive choices An outstanding, charming, charismatic, intelligent and unique lady who was identified at an early age as she was the first young lady to represent the Bain Town Community in a beauty pageant, she was crowned Ms Bain Town

Hymn of Preparation……………………………………………….……………. Great God of Wonders

Great God of wonders, all Thy ways
In wonder lost, with trembling joy
Are matchless, and divine we take the pardon of our Lord
But the fair glories of Thy grace
Pardon for sin of deepest dye
More godlike and unrivaled shine a pardon sealed with Jesus’ blood
Who is a pardoning God like Thee? Or who had grace so rich and free?
Such dire offences to forgive
Such guilty daring souls to spare
This is Thy grand prerogative
And none shall in the honor share
O may this glorious matchless love
This God-like miracle of grace
Teach mortal tongues, like those above
To raise this song of lofty praise.

How dear thy servants in Thy sight! My songs address thy throne.
Among the saints who fill thy house
My offering shall be paid:
How precious is their blood!
How happy al thy servants are!
How great thy grace to me!

Closing Hymn ” O, Jesus I Have Promised”
O Jesus, I have promised
O let me feel Thee near me, To serve Thee to the end, The world is ever near. Be Thou forever near me
I see the sights that dazzle, My Master and my Friend The tempting sounds I hear.
I shall not fear the battle
My foes are never near me, If Thou art by my side, Around me and within Nor wandering from the pathway
But, Jesus draw Thou nearer If Thou wilt be y guide And shield my soul from sin
O let me hear Thee speaking
O Jesus, Thou hast promised In accents clear and still, To all who follow Thee.
Above the storms of passion
That where Thou art in glory, The murmurs of self will There shall Thy servant be O speak to reassure me, And Jesus, I have promised To hasten or control To serve Thee to the end
O speak and make me listen,
O give me grace to follow, Thou guardian of my soul My Master and my Friend
