It’s also a great reminder of our theme this year as we continue to grow through friendship, service, and leadership.

THE PILOTINTERNATIONALCONVENTION &LEADERSHIPCONFERENCE is in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on July15–18, 2026 and will bring together Pilots, Anchors, and Compass membersfrom across the organization. It is always a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends, meet new members, and gain ideas that we can take back to strengthen our clubs and communities In addition to leadership sessions and fellowship opportunities, there are special events, service activities, and the chance to celebrate the accomplishments of our Pilot family. So dust off your hats and cowboy boots and get ready to gather in Oklahoma! It is a great opportunity to share ideas, build friendships, and experience all the energy and excitement that convention brings. Members arriving early will have the opportunity to participate in new LEADERSHIP LAB discussionsfocused on thefuture of leadership within Pilot at the club, district, and international levels. Convention also includesfun fellowship events and PIFFfundraisers, including a lively bingo event that promises a great timefor everyone attending.

Now is also the time to start preparing PILOTANDCOMPASSAWARD submissions. These awards recognize the outstanding work our clubs and members have done throughout the year. Whether your club hosted impactful service projects, supported Anchors, grew membership, or created strong visibility in your community, these efforts deserve recognition.Take time to review the award categories and consider submitting your club’s accomplishments Remember, you cannot win if you do not enter!

It is timefor clubs to select new officersfor the next Pilot year. Once elections are completed, submit your new officerform to Pilot International Headquarters and your incoming District Governor by May1. Thank you to the Pilots who have stepped forward to serve in leadership roles. Leadership keeps our clubs strong and helps ensure that Pilot continues to grow and thrive. As we move through thefinal months ofthe Pilot year, I encourage each club to continue supporting one another, sharing ideas, and celebrating the impact you are making in your communities.
