Phase 1: Production of bioplastic materials made from COFFEE GROUNDS

- The process starts with the collection of raw materials needed for production, with the main ingredient being discarded coffee grounds. Carefully selected from large chain stores, ensuring to meet all safety and hygiene food and beverage industry standards

- Combining 2 types of coffee grounds with Recycled PP / PE materials to produce COFFEE BIO-PLASTIC materials (Coffee Bio-plastic Resins), also known as Coffee Bio-composite.

Phase 2: Using BIO-PLASTIC materials to produce finished products

- Bio-plastic materials made from Coffee Bio-composite coffee grounds are transported to factory. Here, they will be mixed with other additives with a standard ratio formula.

- Next, the mixture of coffee bio-plastic materials and additives are used to develop final product moldings

- Lastly, production goods are quality inspected with highest certified consumer health standards.

Finally, product quality inspection with standards built based on benign factors for consumer health and market tastes
