INTRODUCTIONS

Adam Stępiński I started my teaching career over twenty years ago at a primary school. In 2000 I changed my work place for the current one.

I love projects - both online and face-to-face ones. These are real life educational situations when we learn a lot, broaden our horizons and get to know new wonderful people I live in Tarnobrzeg which is a small town in the south-east of Poland.

As for my personal life I'm married and have two children: Monika who has just turned 18 and Peter who is 9.

Hello my friends!!!!!!!

In my country, a special holiday is coming in two days. It is lunar new year or Tet holiday. In this holiday, we have many dishes and traditional customs. And one the most traditional special foods for the lunar new year in vietnam is Banh chung . And today, I will introduce you to Banh Chung.

Banh Chung is made of sticky rice, pork and green bean, all ingredients are wrapped inside a special leaf which calls Lá Dong. The rice and green bean have to be soaked in water for a day.

The pork is usually seasoned with pepper and salt for several hours. Squaring off and tying the cakes with bamboo strings are not easy . Banh Chung is boiled for 6 or 8 hours . Tet holiday is meaningless without Chung cake . Banh Chung is placed on the ancestors’ altars during tet holiday.Nowadays, families in villages still maintain making Banh Chung before the lunar New Year and my family also making it, I am looking at banh chung pot to help my parents.

I hope you come to my country to eat this cake on our new year's day.....

My name is Michał and I'm 16. I live in a small village near Tarnobrzeg in Poland.

I'm passionate about everything connected with technology and futuristic world (especially wearables).

I usually spend my free time cycling with friends, reading tonnes of books (thrillers are the best ones) and watching series on Netflix (the Punisher is my fav).

I usually listen to deep house and acoustic covers but I enjoy listening to the other types too. Besides that, I love swimming and running. I don't have one specific hobby - I love cycling, ice and roller skating, reading books (really everything, but lately I enjoy thrillers the most) and I watch A LOT of tv shows (and again, everything: from teen dramas like Pretty Little Liars or Riverdale to more "ambitious" series like Twin Peaks, which is my absolute fave, Hannibal or Dark). I love projects like this, it’s really good way to learn and meet new people.

Singing and dancing are my biggest passions. I am dancing mainly ballroom dance in my dance school.

I love play football and ride a bike enduro or cross country (types of mountain bike cycling). I can play football all day.

I don't like basketball. Usually I spend my free time riding a bike or playing in computer games. I'm interested in creating mobile apps.

Kacper Gajda Hello Friends from Asia and Europe.

My name is Kacper and I'm a seconary school student in Tarnobrzeg a small town in the south-east of Poland. I'm in year one. I'm 17. I have a big family one order and two younger sisters. My mum is a teaher of chemistry in my school. My dad is currently looking after my youngest, two-year-old, sister who is the loveliest thing in the world. I'm interested in basketball - I practise and watch in a lot. I generally love sport and spend a lot of time doing it.

In my free time, mainly at weekends, I hang out with my friends. We go to pubs and, of course, to Mcdonald's, which is the moust populary place with teengers. I also go to the gym to keep fit.

In the future I'd like to be a firefighter, but I think still have time to make the decision.

I have been dancing for 8 years and this weekend I have 4 dance concerts.

Dominik Depowski Hi there.

I'm Dominik and I'm 17 years old, beside that I live in Subcarpathian town named Tarnobrzeg, in Poland.

Mainly in my free time I listen to music (R&B, Trap, Hard Rock, Synthwave), take photos, play games, and watch movies as well as series (My personal must-see series is Lie To Me).

Also I can play on drums, I know some things about graphic design and programming too.

I hope this project will encourage me to stop being socially awkward and it will allow me to share my passions with you all.

I like all scientific subjects, but above all mathematics, in fact I hope a day to be a great mathematician, that’s why I’d like to go to study in a foreign University, so this is a good possibility to improve my English. The opportunity to know new cultures excites me, even if I’ve traveled in lots of places for instance in England, Malta, America, Tunisia and so on, but I’ve never seen and personally known Asia.

I am a dog lover, and in the comforts of my home, I like to sketch, paint, and do any type of art I can possibly do. I absolutely love learning new languages, so I am currently trying to learn the French, Italian, and Chinese language. I travel a lot, and when I do, I like to discover and taste new food and I try to learn as much as I can about their culture as well.

I go to the linguistic lyceum, so...yes! I have a passion for languages. My favourite subjects are English and German.

I am a very positive person, cheerful and funny. In fact I always try to make people laugh.

I'm a hard-worker and intelligent (as many people say). I'm not particularly sporty.

I'm sociable and enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life I spend so much time studying that I don't have a real hobby, but I like taking landscape photos and I like creating handmade things, for example carillon (music boxes) or 3d greeting cards. I quite like reading and my favourite saga is Fallen (a saga of romantic novels by Lauren Kate). I also like watching films.

I like shopping! I always watch new fashion collections on my pc I also like experiencing new cultures and travelling, even if I have been abroad only a few times. I've been in Netherlands, Germany (but I've only visited Aachen) and UK. I'm very happy to take part in this project! I hope to know more about you all!
