Steve Jobs will always be celebrated
for his uncanny ability to innovate. However, in 2005 when asked to give a commencement speech at Stanford university, he didn’t talk about “what innovation is,” “how to be innovative,” or even offer a 7 step program that enables you to be “the next innovative genuis.” Instead, he told three stories about failures in his life (including how he dropped out of college and got fired from a company he created).
